This company is so unreliable why are…

This company is so unreliable why are they in business.i booked a cab a day before the pick up date and I was waiting and waiting,nothing I call the dispatcher and says that they have no taxi driver to pick me up.i was so mad.they couldn't even call or send an email to let me know.wtf all this time I thought I was set and no.i was late to work.uuuh please don't get this company,they are not reliable.

cab# 97 at yellow cab is a excellent…

cab# 97 at yellow cab is a excellent driver and vehicle very clean. This driver very friendly and great customer service. I have used yellow cab for the past 30 years and this is how cab drivers should be. Friendly, respectful and kind person, a true Canadian. When in the Victoria area look out for cab#97 you will be satified with the yellow cab experience.

I’m writing to raise a concern about…

I’m writing to raise a concern about online behavior linked to one of your drivers Dean Phillips.

A person publicly associated with Yellow Cabs Swansea is posting bullying and aggressive content on Facebook while presenting himself in a way that reflects on your company. Regardless of personal views, this kind of behavior damages public trust and the reputation of your brand.

I would hope Yellow Cabs does not support or ignore conduct like this from anyone representing the company and will look into the matter.

I’m bringing this to your attention so it can be addressed appropriately.

Great service and drivers

I was staying in Mumbles for the weekend with elderly parents and we booked a number of taxis. The service we received, both booking and on journey was wonderful. Nothing too much trouble to any driver, especially as we wanted a couple of tours of the area! I really found the alerts and tracking service extra useful. Thank you.

I have used Yellow Cabs for over 30…

I have used Yellow Cabs for over 30 years always been consistent until today! Booked my cab day before to take me to the bus station thank the lord I booked an hour before I needed to board my coach! The cab which I had to chase was over 20 mins late, not the drivers fault as only given the job 10 mins before! Left me feeling so stressed as to whether the driver would turn up on time and whether I would miss my coach! I like to use my local facilities to support my community. As I want to reiterate my driver was lovely and got me there in time, but hey who needs the stress! Hopefully if I book with Yellow cabs again the service will be more professional 😫

Yellow Cab Danger to Society

Saturday 10/11/2025 a Hello Yellow Cab (Cab 701 License Plate H6A 8H5) going down I-10 Tucson AZ break checked me from 70 MPH to a complete stop and blocked the right lane trying to push my truck in to traveling vehicles as well as the concrete highway divider all because I flashed my lights from behind while traveling in the far left lane. Hello Yellow Cab driver displayed complete lack of public safety not only towards myself but all vehicles in the area. Would not ever wish to be in a vehicle with this employee. What's really sad is the businesses Name and Phone Number are painted down the side of the vehicle right along side cab 701. Complete disgrace to the Name of the business that he works for.

I did not take the taxi but I witness…

I did not take the taxi but I witness yellow cap dogging a side oncoming car !!! Of course the other car is in the wrong , I would say most car would have crash but the driver 0577 PS number plate was quick and miss the mishap ! Wow ! I was behind him and saw it and I thought to send this review to him and he is a good driver!

Most disgraceful service in Australia!

On 5-Aug-2025 I caught yellow taxi cab from Inala Plaza to Wishart. Usually cost between $35-38 via Uber. But yeallow taxi cheated me to start with $6.50 plus $3.70 per meter. And ended he charged me $60.40 for not having any traffic jam.

When I asked the driver why they charge us so much. He said this is because governent asked them to do so. Which this is not the truth. I lived in Australia more than 30 years, never heard of that.

Besides, this driver driving under 60 on the 80 kilometers fast line, and most of the time he driving around 45 kilometers per hour. I aksed him numerous time to catch up his speed limit, but he still won't do that. It is so dangerous on the road that everyone does their speed limit but our car is far under the limits and driving in the fast line.

The most disgraceful is: after I sent my complaint email to Yellow Taxi Customer Care, they told me they didn't overcharge me with their own estimate price. Which this is totally false.

All people living in Brisbane that use the cab they know, from Inala to Wishart not possible over $40 with normal traffic.

This clearly showing how disgraceful Yellow Taxi's management with their untruthful behaviour.

Please DONOT USE YELLOW TAXI, BETTER USE UBER OR SILVER TAXI SERVICE if you can. So, you won't have this disgusting experience like I had.

Unhappy customer

Booked a 6 seater at 8pm for a return journey at 11:30pm told to hold while they confirm a 6 seater available told yes all confirmed and booked. Taxi arrived eventually at 11:50 as a 4 seater leaving 2 people stranded at venue. Not happy customer!!!!!!!

Booked yellow cab in advance as I was flying in late with multiple connecting flights, I didn’t want the hassle of there being no cabs out front. It arrived early, sent me live tracking of his travel time. Was happy with the service. Will book again!

Charged 188 USD instead of 70 USD

I stopped in San Francisco on the way from Australia to London and decided to get a cab to the Golden Gate Bridge to use up some time. I was quoted 60 USD flat rate return. The mistake I made was not paying up front. I gave her a 10 USD tip making 70 USD in total. I did not get a receipt because it was a flat rate and I trusted her (Kay or Kulwinder Kaur). Later, I saw on my credit card that I had been charged the equivalent of 188 USD - daylight robbery! She thought she would get away with it because I was moving on to another country. I have raised the issue with them but they have stopped communication for some reason. Also, she drove like a rally driver, ignoring speed limits and was on her mobile phone while driving.

Have a Plan B in San Francisco

San Francisco Yellow Cab works fine for me if it shows, but if they don't have enough cars, they also don't have customer service. Disabled senior here. I waited in the San Francisco cold far too long this morning and ended up on buses just to get warm and moving. Don't waste your time. If they don't come, don't get mad, just cancel and use another service. Having an easy-to-remember phone number doesn't mean the service is there. Also, their website is 530 frozen at this writing. Sorry, Yellow!

Curb Problems

On my trip from home, the cab I hailed, which had a Curb logo on the window, had a screen that didn't display the pair and pay code. I needed to pay with a credit card rather than the app.

On my way home, I hailed a cab using the Curb app. I needed to have the cab stop at a corner on the route to let my friend out. Initially, the driver aggressively refused to do this. Only after a very tense exchange did he agree.

Curb should be helping Yellow Cab to meet the competition from Lyft and Uber, these problems are hurting, not helping. Yellow Cab should be proactive in asking Curb to address these issues. Recurring problems like this are making me consider switching to Lyft or Uber.

I WAS LOCKED IN THE CAR AND ATTACKED TODAY!

I WAS PHYSICALLY ASSAULTED AND ATTACKED BY ONE OF THEIR DRIVERS TODAY AFTER HE CHANGED MY PRICE UPON ARRIVAL TO MY DESTINATION. HE PULLED MY HAIR AND HIT ME AFTER LOCKING ME IN THE BACK SEAT OF HIS CAR. YES, I CALLED THE POLICE AND YES I WILL BE FILING A LAW SUIT.
