I feel the effort of collecting and entering the numbers is not rewarded by the "rewards" I don't want T shirts aprons, at very high price advertising yeo valley. The other bits on offer are not worth... See more

Yogurt lids not available
Removing the outer plastic lid is fine, providing a replacement reusable lid is provided. I visited Yeovalley website as directed on the Yogurt carton, to establish reusable replacement lids are not available. I’ll be taking my custom elsewhere I’m afraid.
450g?????
I like the yogurt, epecially the kerned yogurt - and until I find an equivalent organic alternative will continue to buy it.
However I have noticed the pot size has reduced from 500g to 450g. Marketeers obviously hoping their customers are too stupid to notice they are getting less for their money! You'd hope that companies pretending to be ethical wouldn't stoop to such tactics. It maskes me more determined to find an alternative in 500g pots!
Additionally the token collecting is a joke and more like a punishment for consistently buying their yogurt.
Kerned yoghurt is wonderful
Kerned yoghurt is wonderful. Thick, rich and loved by my toddler grandchildren. It does not drip off the spoon or even separate in a sauce.
Why oh why have you discontinued it?
Please restore my favourite product.
Overly runny Kefir yogurt
Tried Yeo Valleys Kefir yogurt for the first time. Its so runny I thought it would have been just the same if not cheaper to buy a bottle of Kefir drink. Tastes fine but really needs a bit more substance to it.
Good products
Good products, reasonable prices. The rewards for storing codes are a little unusual and not really to my taste but I'm sure some people love them.
Bought twice and thought the first pot…
Bought twice and thought the first pot was just a blip in the product. The second pot was just as bad as the first. Poor quality, tasteless and very runny. Will stop buying this now. Such a shame use to be lovely and always enjoyed this product.
Oh dear
Oh dear, what has happened to my favourite yogurt. I used to love the creamy thick lemon yogurt but today's experience left me completely underwhelmed, so much so I threw my whole breakfast away. I hate thin runny yogurt, and unfortunately this is what has happened to Yeo. I will never buy this again.
Delicious and delicate
I love their products and their freshness. It's also a little fun to collect Yeokens.
Dangerous sharp packaging …
Still selling the dangerous 4 packs that are as sharp as a knife edge when snapped into individual ones. No interest in changing the packaging
Great tasting yoghurts
We love Yeo Valley products in our household. The Little Yeo yoghurts are perfect for my children, great taste and I love the fact they contain no refined sugar. We collect the Yeokens and have so far claimed a free tote bag. My children love having a go on the Dairy go round too (we haven't won anything.....yet!)
Please don't ever stop making the Little Yeo no refined sugar yoghurts....I say the children love them....but my husband and I are very fond too!
How does this rubbish get even three stars.
How does this rubbish get even three stars. My wife purchase a slab of Little Yeos organic yogurts for my grand daughter - she had one spoon full and promptly spat it out. I tried it and don't blame her. Watery and with a peculiar taste. It was in date and stored correctly. Utter garbage.
The Yeo token scheme is such a joke 10…
The Yeo token scheme is such a joke 10 plus codes and all invalid even thought I bought the items this week 🙈
Awful customer treatment
Agree with the other comments about the token scheme being poor but the customer service is also poor which makes this worse. Products ok. Token scheme: The only thing they gave free is a plastic bag. This used to 'cost' 150 tokens and now it's doubled to 300 so you have to spend at least £30 to get this. Even then the bag it's limited to only x1 per customer.
I purchased a premium product costing £2.50 and after contacting the customer service they weren't willing to give me the token value because they claimed the product didn't qualify. They also refused to add tokens from another code I had claiming it had already been used which it had not been used. Terrible gratitude to customers.
Treat customers so stingily for the sake of a few tokens.
Needless to say I won't be purchasing or bothering again with their overpriced products.
Not like real yoghurt I am used to.
Tried their natural yoghurt after usually having a different brand. It was watery unlike the other thick yoghurt. Did not have the sharp taste I would expect with yoghurt and did not enjoy. Will not buy again
Found piece of metal in a yogurt
Found piece of metal in a yogurt that my Dad nearly ate. They had no interest in it, just said it was not them. Not impressed with company.
Lovely company.
Amazing company.
Love love love this company. They are very transparent about their production processes and have great values around sustainability. The taste and quality of their products is always very very good, and very much worth the cost. Excellent and very kind customer service- they even sent me vouchers and a postcard when i enquired about a product i wasnt happy with. RE the reviews about the reward program- i collect yeo tokens and honestly its just a bit of fun. Ive had some great products from my yeo tokens- subscriptions to a fitness app in lockdown, discounts on produce, and if you dont like any of that, donate them to charity! Overall, great company run by great people.
Their yeoken system is a scam
Their yeoken system is a scam. I saved up for ages to get one of their yeo-yeos (a yeo valley yo-yo) and it was the most pathetic attempt at a product I’ve ever seen. It’s designed so poorly that it doesn’t even complete a single rotation so it’s functional purpose is completely useless and it’s not even a real yeo valley product, they just got some cheap, rubbish green yo-yo and stuck some yeo valley stickers on the side. Safe to say I’m never bothering with their token system any more, what an absolute waste of my time!
Yeo Valley Organic Kefir inl4 x 100g…
Yeo Valley Organic Kefir inl4 x 100g disappointingly small amounts in the tubs very sweet to my normal purchase "Lidl Kefir" I am diabetic after eating 300g of this kefir my sugar levels went through the roof. The ingrediedients states it contains sugar but I expected it to be converted by the bio microbes. I will not be buying it again.
The organic milk is second to none in…
The organic milk is second to none in quality and shelf life. However, although there is nothing wrong with the yoghurts they are disappointingly thin and flavourless
Don't waste your time on this…
Don't waste your time on this ridiculous yeo tokens reward scheme. The only item you'll obtain totally free is a shopping bag. Everything else are insignificant discounts on over priced items. This is the worst reward scheme to date I've come across. You even have to spend tokens to enter competitions. It's absurd!
