Ordered an espresso machine DeLonghi…
Ordered an espresso machine DeLonghi Stillosa that has never made it to my home, no one knows where it is, the company doesn't answer and the shipment company says the code provided does not exist. Trying to find a way to at least get my money back but no one is helpeful.
Updated, after 2 days of emails, insta messages, and this complaint, i found out that tha courrier company is a different one from the one written in the invoice and apparently the address was written incorrectly (only street name, no number, no floor, nothing). Now I have to go and get the package from some place else.

I made an order on 3 October and it was expected to arrive by 9 oct. On the 10 Oct they cancelled my order. I really needed that object and I lost a week waiting for nothing.
