My negative experience with yesbee
I placed an order for 3 items and wired payment to yesbee which cost me $35 fee for outbound wire. I have been waiting for more than 2 months until yesbee informed me that they can provide only 1 item out of 3 that I ordered. I asked them to cancel that item and refund my money, they insisted that they can't cancel that item and I am obliged to buy it and they are willing to refund the rest of my money. I asked my vendor in Korea to call them to resolve this issue, after some time yesbee agreed to refund the full amount and cancel that item they insisted I had to buy. I received the incoming wire that cost me $35.
The whole experience is extremely negative, I wasted my time waiting for products I could order from other vendors, I paid $70 for nothing and barely managed to cancel that product that was useless for me without other 2 products. The company never informed me about the situation when they may not source all products and that I would have to be obliged to buy the product they can supply.
