What I like about them is that they provide discounts on big purchases but I don’t like how the packaging. I received damaged package and most of the items boxes were damaged and one product is broken.

I live in Japan and was interested in getting Korean products. Navigating the app was very easy, the prices were reasonable but they didn’t carry few if the brands that I was looking for.

YesStyle is my favorite and most trusted store for Eastern skincare, beauty and hair care products. I have been purchasing from them for years and never had a problem an email couldn't solve quickly and efficiently. I have also been part of their YesStyle Influencer program and found it to be safe, trustworthy and fun. This is a reputable company that provides quality products and services. Shipping is not always the fastest as I am in Canada, but it always arrives to me without being lost or damaged and with tracking information that can be followed easily.

My products arrived in good order and I’m so excited to use them! I recommend ordering harder to find products here.

I am unhappy with the late delivery. They delivered after 1 month. I honestly don’t like it due to delayed delivery services

This what my first time ever buying skincare online, and I have to say, I’m really happy with the good service I experienced from YesStyle. The package came in good condition, on time, and super quick. The skincare products were all packaged well and I can definitely say, that I will be buying my skincare again from YesStyle.

Take money, but never delivered on product despite having camera at house and they still say the courier came at a certain time.

Great choice of products and great prices

I found some items I liked whilst on holiday and wanted to purchase more when I got home. Some of the items were available but came with very hefty delivery charges for overseas purchases. Came across YesStyle and was a bit dubious at first as the prices just looked too good to be true. I made my purchases at better prices and paid a fraction on shipping fees. I am a complete convert and will check YesStyle for all my future beauty and skin care needs.

Fast Shipping! A+ service...Highly recommend

I placed an order a month ago. There is one item coming in worth $4.88 and is holding up the order. I have asked to remove it - it was a silly purchase in the vast website. They will NOT cancel any items off the order. They will not ship it later or cancel. Your order could literally take months - you are charged when you place the order. You have zero recourse - they could ship it in 6 months. I'll wait 2 more weeks then appeal the charge on Visa as they did not deliver. I have no reason to believe it will come at all.

Nice and Good services

I have been shopping from Yesstyle for a while now. Great service! Great prices! Literally always have everything I need! Overall great website. And don’t even get me started with their customer service! This one time I order a product which they didn’t have in that size, they gave me two options swap with another product or go for the small one, which I did and they refunded me with points as well. The point I’m getting at is they were great communicators! Fast response! Fast resolve! Just 5 starts overall. Love YESSTYLE so much

fast and legit! i ordered the medicube high focus shot+ and the $10 full size mystery item june 26 2026. my package was shipped the next day, but on the 29th, i opened the app and discovered there was a hold on my order. i received an email requesting proof of purchase—assuming because i used my boyfriends credit card which is not in my name. i sent them a screenshot of the statement charge (no bank info), and within an hour i received a notification that my order was released and being processed again. i received it three days later. LIGHTNING FAST SHIPPING!

the $10 mystery item was the isntree hyper retinol EX serum. it is full sized, but only 20ml, and worth about $15. not super exciting, but at least i saved $5 😅

even though i was weary of the proof of purchase email, i realize they too must be weary of people using stolen credit cards. from a business perspective, i can appreciate that.

they have an amazing variety of products, and better prices than most other manufacturers of korean goods, especially during sales. plus 5-day shipping from hong kong? yup, they’ve earned a loyal customer out of me.

I’ve had a great experience shopping with YesStyle. The products arrived well packaged and matched the descriptions. I also enjoy their influencer program and the variety of K-beauty products they offer. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my experience.
