I didn't receive my purchase and I didn't get my money back. Thieves

Like many I ordered two gas turbine models which never arrived. Yicoli/ Weituosi told me to be patient and then ignored all future enquiries. After two months I obtained a full refund via PayPal. This is another scam.

Shocking ripoff company. Order aircraft engine but it never turned up so I went back through PayPal to get my money back. Lying yicoli said it had been delivered but the address was wrong! It showed it hadn’t even seen dispatched! I wouldn’t go anywhere near this company. Complete scam!!!

I still have not received it and the web and tracking pages are no longer accessible . I have opened a dispute with PayPal as I purchased it through them.

I ordered a jet engine model - I got a confirmation mail. No further communication - after 4 weeks I'm still waiting - I got no reaction on my mail request.
I paid with PayPal and initiated a refund request.

In the meantime, I received three worthless tin rings in the mail – which in no way resemble the ordered goods.

The website is also no longer accessible.

This is a complete SCAM– and I hope I will get my money back via PayPal.

Was scammed by Yicoli with payment going to WEITUOSI. Got PayPal involved, they refunded me, but WEITUOSI said it was delivered, but no proof of delivery. So they refunded WEITUOSI.
So did a claim through PayPal again with the new evidence including the supposed delivery 5000 ks away from my address, plus the 29 negative reviews on Trustpilot. And PayPal refunded my again. Trustpilot and PayPal for the win!

Scam website. Changes products on offer and does not ship anything. Generic single response via email then nothing more.

This is a total scam site. Don’t ever buy anything from them. They will take your money, not deliver the product, refuse to refund your money, string you along with false promises, lie, cheat and steal from customers. I got duped, please don’t be the next one. I found the site on facebook which has many scams.

Ordered a metal jet engine. Item still not arrived after 2 months. No customer service. Very very poor.

Do not even think about buying anything from these Chinese scammers. Never received item purchased and now have to go through the claiming the money back circus

l bought 2 airplane engines model 3 months ago and didnt recieve.
l tried contact customer service l lot times but , some times l recieved answers like “ you need to wait” but now nobody answer my questions .

I received a very cheap package that had nothing to do with the order I had placed and I had paid through Revolut. I sent an email to inform them that there had been an error and they didn't even reply. The company is a scam

recently bought a model from Yicoli via facebook. I used paypal and the money was credited to Weituosi but payment was sent and I assumed that was it. Goods didn’t arrive so I logged a complaint with Paypal. Paypal advised seller said goods were delivered so refused my refund. Goods were delivered to a Royal Mail sorting office 200 miles from my address. Royal Mail said post code differed and would explain no further. No faith in Yicoli or Paypal.

100% scam.

Ordered something and then played email tag with them repeating themselves over and over with no intention of shipping the goods.

Do not purchase anything.

Wish I had read these reviews before any purchase. Bought 2 items, for Christmas presents, after 1month of said items being sat "Awaiting shipping" contacted SEVERAL times and zero reply, accountability, customer service or anything that you would expect from any respectful company.

Do not under any circumstances order from this company! After one message saying thankyou for order there was no communication at all Only when I complained to Paypal did they give a tracking number which turned out to be for someone else at the other end of country. So I still have no goods and no word from Yiccoli and because Paypal has been told its delivered we have lost our money! Scammers!

Absolute scam. Parasitic thieving fake company. Luckily I used Paypal so these lowlife scum have none of my card details.
