Worst company I have ever dealt with. I purchased a muscle massage device, and it turned out that the device does not work at all. I contacted the company many times, but there was no response, no support, and no interest in solving the issue.
They refused to refund my money or offer any compensation for the faulty product, and they kept delaying the process as much as possible.
My advice: do not deal with this company ever

I purchased a product from Yisainuo for 199 SAR. Upon delivery:

The product quality was far below what was advertised.
Return shipping cost more than the product itself.
They offered a replacement but required me to pay additional fees.
I refused the shipment due to their unprofessional and unfair handling.

This company clearly prioritizes profits over customers. I strongly do not recommend buying from Yisainuo.

scam, Ordered spec but not matching with the Add with very bad quality, I requested them to return and they are delaying the process and saying it will cost too much

I ordered a dogs & cats repeller device on 24th Jan and i didnt get it untill now!!! I contacted the delivery co. many times but the answer was always "ur order is on the way" but this is so much for an order!! Its more than a month now please advise what is the problem???

Big scam ,do n’t trust them, very poor specs than that advertised on social media, also no returns

Upon physical inspection and testing of the product, it has become evident that the item delivered does not match the technical specifications advertised on your platform.
After paying the cash no one replied me from the company

I have purchesed a fring pan last week ,after the first use I found thre are spots in the pan.and the product is not -made in Japan as mentioned.Your advise highly appreciated.
another thing is the advertise menent is in Arabic not in Engilish

A very poor and unprofessional experience. The product I received was defective and completely inconsistent with the advertised quality. Even though the company’s return policy clearly states that customers should not bear any fees in the event of a defective product and confirms eligibility for replacement, customer service refused to honor this and instead demanded additional charges.

This is a clear contradiction of the company’s own policy, along with extremely poor after-sales service and disregard for consumer rights. I do not recommend dealing with this company at all and consider this review a warning to anyone thinking of purchasing from them.

The item arrived quickly, but that is the only positive and it does not excuse the quality.
The product is extremely small, painful to use, has sharp spikes, and is not suitable for human use at all. It does not even hold a headscarf properly, making it completely useless. I requested a return and refund, the seller was not cooperative and refused to take responsibility. Honestly, they do not even deserve one star.

this site is scam. I bought an ujustable reading glasses and they send me kids toy glasses I through in garbage immedialty . their return policy is a lie.

I bought a solar lamp and it doesn't work

I tried to contact them regarding the size of the product, but there was no response

Ordered 2 wifi routers that doesn't work.
Store refused to return or reimburse.
Instead asked to pay additional money for replacement.
Having a bad 1st time purchase, I choose to stop draining effort and save my money fearing the replacement will not be better than the first one
I strongly not to deal with them

The kept chatting for one month to replace the defected item without action
In the end they declined as 7 days has passed since last message

They mention free return. I received a bad quality Abaya and the size is not as mentioned. Now they don't reply back to me. I paid 299qa

This is another scam Company Bad site, scammers, liars, very bad merchandise, and professional scammers. Never deal with them.

Very bad product Jean Miss men perfume. All what was mentioned was lies. Product so bad and I can't return it

it's a scam. "They sent me a different product than what I ordered, it has defects, is torn, and of poor quality. They do not want to return it or refund my money."
