Ordered in December and both items turned up eventually …one in January and the other in March….so 3 month wait. The items are nice, but wait terrible and you get no updates. There’s no dispatch email sent. Emailed customer service numerous times…again they do reply…eventually …but you have to wait about a week after you send each email. Their service really needs to sort itself out. Wouldn’t buy again as it’s too much hassle

Made a purchase in December for a birthday gift for end of January. They sent 2 different packages and still right now I haven’t received everything. Customer service are absolutely useless. I’ve been dealing with Mallika Taraporn - if that’s not a generic admin signature. They use the pre order excuse a lot, even though the things I have ordered were not in preorder. So then they would say the website wasn’t updated but they never bothered to update it in the end, creating more orders in ‘pre order’ while not making anyone aware. Now they said there’s an issue with the order and they need additional contact details for the recipient?? Even though I’ve been emailing with them back and fourth for months. Please save yourself the time and stress. The shipping price makes no sense either. And on top of everything, one of the items (bottle) was damaged. They want me to send it back which I am not going to do based on other reviews here, as well as with how bad my experience has been so far, I would probably never receive it back and just have to spend additional money, time and effort to get it sorted.

Nightmare to deal with
Nightmare to deal with. Their returns address costs a fortune to ship back to and even then its taken months to get a refund on the goods. I had to open a dispute with PayPal and they are still sending me messages saying they sent me stuff...everything was sent back and their customer service is CLUELESS. Don't buy from this site.
Great gloves, but had an unfortunate situation
I ordered a pair of gloves that came in pretty quickly however there was a stitching issue in one of them so i had to get an exchange. Upon exchanging the gloves they ran out of the right size so I had to choose a different pair, but those came in a few days afterwards. I really like the gloves they're top heavy and have lots of cushioning. Great for sparring and pad work.

I placed an order to receive an email 4 days later to inform me the item I ordered was out of stock, was offered an alternative colour that I went ahead with. It took the company an additional 13days to email to inform me they will now process this change. It’s now been a further 3weeks from changing the colour and still no shipment.

YOKKAO makes a great product. Their kids line is outstanding. We only use YOKKAO products. Their customer service is quick and are very respondent to the customer’s needs.

Order from hell
Yokkao is one of the most respected brands in combat sports. So you can imagine how perplexed I was by this whole situation.
First, customer service couldn't care less about what happened. I had to wait weeks for responses, and to this day I have not even gotten an apology for all of this.
I could go on and on about how many times I had to contact them to get answers, and how little care was given to the responses but to make it as simple as I can :
I ordered two sets (tops+bottoms).
About A MONTH later the order finally shipped, with only the tops.
I was informed one of the bottoms would never be back in stock (why approve my order in the first place then?) and that the second bottom would only be shipped months later.
I decided to ask for a complete refund. I canceled the remaining bottom and shipped both items I had received to the indicated address. The return package was delivered to said address. After weeks, they DID NOT PICK IT UP. It was returned to me. It is passed the allowed time to return the items.
Now, I am stuck with overpriced tops (quality DID NOT meet expectations) for which I have no matching bottoms.
And, as I said, customer service could not care less. This whole ordeal has gone on for months now, and I must admit that they win: I am tired and have now accepted I got scammed and will not be following through with a formal/legal complaint.
I highly recommend to AVOID this company at all costs.

Accidently ordered the wrong size gloves for a gift for my boyfriend. Exchanging for a different size was easy and pretty quick. He loves the quality of the gloves too :)
Missing deodorizer
I order a pair gloves and a deodorizer. The deodorizer never arrived, i contacted support and they’ve never help me.
7 Weeks without a single update!
I ordered a pair of gloves for my boyfriend's 30 birthday on the 3rd of January. Yokkao took my money (£169 with shipping) but haven't sent me a single update on the order, they've also ignored 3 emails I've sent them and messages I've sent on their Instagram and Facebook. Appalling customer service - I could have gotten 3 pairs of gloves for that price and they all would have actually arrived by now. Feels like an absolute con, I'm fuming. They can spam me with emails asking me to show off their product and tag them (it would help if we'd actually received them!!) and they have the gall to be launching ad campaigns when they can't even fulfill the orders they've got. Greedy, disorganised and dishonest company - don't bother!!

I don't get why there are so many negative comments about the delivery time. I ordered my pakkage and got it delivered in a week. I had a question asked it through the chat bot and got a response with a day.

This review can get better if your customer support answers to mail and contactforms. We ordered 27th Dec'23 and from then, no sign of shipment or tracking number. Sent a few mails and used conctactform but no respons at all. Verry sad!
