While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

No warranty cover on 220v KitchenAid mixer & no service

Absolutely poor customer service is an understatement and dishonest. The warranties of these international Kitchenaid mixers which they sold to you are not covered by any countries not even in US. I suspect Yonies is not a registered Kitchenaid seller, because Yoni who is behind the company avoids answering the question from me. The hard lesson I have learned from this one is that it is far better off to pay a bit of more to buy your mixer from a registered or reputable retailer than the ones who may not registered like Yonies, because you may end up like me to pay a lot more to repair the mixer at the end. If I knew what I know now, I would never buy anything from Yonies.
