Olivia is one of the best! She took wonderful pics and a produced a lovely write up. She was proactive throughout the selling process. Answered messages within the hour -mostly within 10 minutes!! Even when on holiday . I would definitely recommend - if in doubt give Yopa a go !! Save yourself a fortune !!!

I have been buying a house through Yopa, I haven't used them for a selling but I am very impressed with the quality of service Olivia has supplied, I would be very happy is she was acting as the agent for my own property. Speedy replies, friendly approach & very honest so far.

Olivia Gray Robson was absolutely brilliant! Nothing was too much trouble. I had two offers within 2 weeks and Olivia hosted all viewings and was able to do so on evenings and weekends, she also took enquiries out of hours which meant we could negotiate the sale when other estate agents would be closed, I think this is what makes all the difference going with Olivia at Yopa.
The cost was significantly cheaper than high street agents I tried and I couldn’t be happier with the service which I was worried wouldn’t feel personal but it absolutely is.
I would not hesitate to use Olivia again or recommend to any of my friends and family. Thanks so much

From initial contact to first offer, Olivia Gray-Robson (our YOPA agent) was available for advice and consultation, often responding immediately or within the hour and even out of normal work hours.
I was kept informed via the YOPA hub about viewings, feedback and offers as well as support with photographers , conveyancers etc.
All in all the process has been quite straightforward - fingers crossed!😀

Olivia has made what could be a very stressful process as stress free as possible. Always available and willing to help never laughing at my stupid questions.
