Don't be in a rush...slow service
The product seems to be great quality. But I needed to exchange for a larger size and the exchange process was terrible do to limitations of their return portal and difficulties reaching a customer service representative. I ended up returning the cap and ordering a new cap, which ended up costing me more money than I originally paid. And now it's taking a pretty long time for my item to ship, it's been over a week.

Pleasantly surprised and delighted that the turban actually fits and works for my hair. I’m a swim instructor, so my hair stays wet. I have locks that are about two feet long. My edges got a little damp with the turban, but the vast majority of my hair stays dry. Awesome!
