I have been using cool contours for 3 years now, and travel from west Sussex, I’ve had a number of different treatments and highly recommend, the staff are all lovely friendly and professional

Had Luxia face boosters done by Dawn !fantastic very little bruising and face looks great cant reccomend them enough ,always get great service and all the girls are lovely !!

In regards to ‘Hair Heaven’ I had come in for a hair extension maintenance appointment for the cost of over £100 for them to only take 4 extensions out and put a them back in. Which is NOT what a maintenance appointment is. I then had my colour done which I was over the moon with the outcome but was then left walking out with sopping wet extensions. I felt uncomfortable to speak up whilst I was there but send a kind message shortly after explaining how upset I was with the outcome. The owner ‘Jimmy’ has been nothing but unprofessional and rude throughout the whole process. I then shortly after received a private message on WhatsApp from Jimmy saying “Your some weird obsessed Alf events fan” & “Get a job babe” & “Carey on mucking out sh*t for a living”. I am honestly appalled and shocked at all of these messages and I would not expect this from a new starting business. I would not recommend booking to get your hair done with ‘hair heaven’.

I would also like to note my extensions have been awfully placed and left me in a lot of pain.

The receptionist Jenny or Jinny, I think it was, was so lovely. Honestly an angel i could not fault her. The woman who did my lips and chin fat dissolver was Michelle. She rushed so much I was only sat in the chair for 5 minutes. Bare in mind I have had the procedures done with a lovely woman who works at home by herself and it was a 45 minute appointment because she takes care. Half my chin dissolver ended up all over me the same with my lips.(I had this done in December and nothing has changed with my lips or my chin) I was numbed twice before the appointment but it made no difference she was so rough it was honestly horrendous. I’ve had my lips done since I was 18 (almost 9 years) and I’ve never had tears to my eyes since I had gotten lip filler. I would not recommend. The only reason I would come back was to speak to the owner because she was lovely.

I have been visiting Cool Contours for a number of years travelling from Essex .....all the staff I have had treatments with are knowledgeable and friendly. I tried the Luxia treatment on my neck in February and had a further appointment on 1st March with Luxia skin booster on my face. I found the results impressive...my face and neck felt smoother and looked glowing! I also noticed fine lines were much fainter. I am 68 and so so very pleased with the Luxia experience....and the wonderful staff.
Well done Lucia and the Cool Contours team ....!!!

I had LUXIA on my neck this morning and the difference is amazing.
I had no pain or bleeding which I was expecting as I hadn’t had Luxia before but I will definitely be having it again in other areas.

I had the Luxia skin booster 6 weeks ago, fab results. Booked in for this Thursday for 2nd treatment this week.

Well what can I say ! Absolutely LOVE cool contours ! On arrival Debbie on reception is so lovely and gives such a warm welcome and straight away I felt not so anxious . I had the Luxia new skin booster in my face done by the lovely Emma , who again was so lovely , gentle and explained my treatment , she even suggested having it done in my lips , which is one thing I would never have done , I did and was so so pleased with the results . I have booked another treatment for a few weeks time . Found my favourite place now . Highly recommend to anyone who is anxious about having any treatments done , so professional and it feels like one big family when you arrive . After a few hard weeks with my partner having cancer you have today made me smile again and so looking forward to my next visit . Thenkyou so so much xx

Absolutely love this beauty clinic alway feel comfortable , anything I’ve had done here has turned out amazing , the receptionist is always available to listen and advise , the staff are excellent would definitely recommend to any one

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
Ordered the item and it arrived within the timescale, however the item didn't work.
Emailed over a period of 2 months last time this morning and everytime the same message of 'Your message couldn't be delivered. Their inbox is full, or it's getting too much mail right now'.
Shoddy and a scam.

Even one star is too much! The company doesn't deserve it! I ordered the product and I received completely faulty device. The customer service is terrible! I never get replacement of the product or refund. It's a FRAUD!

Bought the glute trainer that is completely faulty, the remote doesn't turn on and isn’t the same as the one in the instruction’s. Iv’e sent numerous messages, all of which have been ignored.

SCAM...I never received my order. Bad customer service.

i got my order of three waist trainers and it took over a month to receive, i even had to file a paypal claim, then the size large barely fit my 7yrs old 50 lb child... SCAM

TERRIBLE customer service! I have emailed and called 3 times with no response. Recieved my order 1 item doesn't fit and have questions about sizing. Will have to disput will credit card company.

This arm slimmer worked as described and then some. I am very happy with this product, used it under a black sweater for my granddaughters wedding, the results were amazing.
