I've read the other 1 star reviews and can empathise with most of them. A truly awful automated process where if you step out of line you get the "Computer says no" response. Even if you talk to a human! No empathy, no professionalism and not common sense! I did not choose them the lender did. I have purchased 11 properties over the years, this was the worst experience I have ever had. NEVER AGAIN!

A great no nonsense service provided for our remortgage with the minimum amount of fuss or delay and has allowed us to recycle our capital to purchase a follow on property now.

If I could rate zero I would.

I was reassured by positive reviews but the worst mistake ever letting L&C brokers appoint this firm.

They have taken so long on my remortgage and purchase of remaining shares on shared ownership I’ve now suffered a massive cost increase to my mortgage being on a follow on rate for 2 months and likely a 3rd and a potentially expiring mortgage offer.

It’s been taking so long I have ended up getting contact details and chasing queries myself!

The tone of their emails is atrocious, I’m going to report to SRA and FCA.

Me and my partner recently used Your Conveyancer on the purchase of our first home. We were appointed Laura, who was attentive, timely and extremely helpful and friendly throughout the whole transaction. She responded quickly to any queries we had and had the whole process complete in a very short amount of time. This being our first time onto the property ladder we understandably had lots of questions which were answered in clear concise detail. Laura and team had all the documents required collected and processed quickly and we had completed in no time at all.

Awful! Rude and utterly obnoxious staff.
No professional tone to emails, not even a “Hi”.
Provided with “there’s a shortfall, so you owe X” without any breakdown or visibility on how the shortfall is made up.
I didn’t chose this provider and certainly wouldn’t recommend them to anyone hi has a choice.

Your Conveyancer was actually recommended to me by my mortgage broker and not once have I regretted choosing them. Izaura and her team have been nothing but the best for us throughout our first home purchase process. They have stayed on top of all enquiries and searches, have been very responsive throughout and have been absolutely lovely to work with. Izaura was always helpful with any questions I had and made sure I was secure in every step of the process when buying my house especially when the sellers' solicitors and agents were being difficult and pushy with us. We were never rushed by Izaura who has been transparent and has always kept us in the loop. I will 100% be recommending her and Your Conveyancer to anyone I know going forward!
