fast handling and delivery early than expected few minor issues but overall very happy with the outfit highly recommend

Unfortunately they do not deserve this 1 star even, the company suggested me to put low value, therefore I had to pay a penalty including vat almost double the amount of the clothes I ordered, I did ask for help from the company but they refused knowing this was there fault for suggesting low value.
I decided to not receive the parcel and want it sent back for a refund , they refused to help knowing I cannot bear so much cost of something I already paid for.
This is my first bad experience in ordering online.
Many company always assist or refund this people are heartless.
I hate them.

Had no issue whatsoever with yourdesignerwear. The final product was as displayed in the picture and the blouses were all stitched amazingly. I ordered the product last minute and emailed ahead to let them know when I needed it and I was very impressed with how frequently they communicated with me via email.

One of the products failed to arrive on time due to them not having the right material but this information was shared with me and they were honest about it which was great as I was able to organise something else for the event rather then waiting for it. The other product came 3 days early then the event - all shIpped to australia.

Very impressed and happy with the communication and honest information that was provided. As well as the quality of the products.

In short I just say Yourdesignerwear is a scam and money making company by deceiving and stealing honest clients with false product shown in their site.
The quality you see in their site will never reach you as cheap product are sent instead.be warned stay away

The worst experience ever at Yourdesignerwear
Order was not delivered by the expected time.
The order was lost by the Courier.
The order couldn't be resent on time and was informed the order was cancelled.
Was promised refund.
The refund was not provided.
After chasing for refund was told the lost order was found it will be delivered.
Informed them many times not to deliver the order as it was too late.
Lost and found order was still delivered after the wedding and there was items missing from the order.

After all that they asked me to return the order at my cost.
Totally inappropriate and unfair liars.

Luckily I recorded all the conversations and had a record of all communications.

They are very deceiving, even tried to trick me into closing my PayPal case saying they cant offer refund until I close the case.

Absolutely love this website for Indian outfits. I placed 2 big orders thru them. Both times the outfits were as expected. The quality and stitching were awesome. The prices are unbeatable for the quality of outfits they offer. The customer service bends over backwards for you. Thank you YourDesignerWear team. Can’t say enough about this website. Definitely will continue to order from them. Highly recommend this website for Indian outfits😊

I just received my parcel nearly two months after ordering. It's taken them two months to stitch two blouses. That are not well stitched. They have also advertised one picture and I received a disgusting version of that same sari. They didn't even stitch one of the blouses and I thought it was a good quality material based on the description and image online but it's just the cheap little floral saris you can get for a tenner in London. I have paid triple the price for!!! The fake sale is a super inflated price for the quality of the product. It is a scam Wish I researched it before. Even the parcel was ripped and taped with brown tape like they have no sense of pride or customer service. - they are replying to the customers on trustpilot to 'assist’ but they have failed to do so. Just lied to make themselves look good. They've offered no solution other than to go and get it fixed at my local market. How absolutely pathetic!

Terrible, horrible and the worst quality of products. And talk about customer service...I doubt if one exist, shockingly poor service.

I ordered 6 different dresses that I got stitched but it was in patches and looks unwearable. The dresses did not even look like the pictures from the website, the material and colors did not match the descriptions. I am extremely disappointed with the dresses I received. Moving on to the customer service, I tried to return the dresses but they said they would not take the dresses back because they stitched it for me. This is absurd to hear considering you can't even wear the items THEY stitched for me. This website is a rip off!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

PAYPAL TAUGHT THEM A LESSON!! Update about to get the refund. Since PayPal is already familiar with this company because of the complaints they made the refund process very easy . They offered $35 for the return shipping and they gave me the full refund.Based on the number of complaints they are receiving about this cheating company they said they are opening a case for further investigation. Don’t try to save few dollars because of the cheap prices. It’s absolutely not worth it . You will end up spending more time to handle the hassles.

Such excellent service. Delivery was on time as stated. Also I was really really happy with my palazzo suit and saree's. So so perfect. I cannot wait to order more items. Thank you YDW ❤

I had almost churned the brains of the customer support team for my order status and for my stitching instructions ... each and every concern of mine was tackled in the most satisfactory way ... my outfit turned out way better than what it looked online ... I ordered from yourdesignerwear in December after coming back from India.. I needed to gift my friends as I did not purchase enough while I was visiting India.

Ordered 2 sarees $50and $60 and they both came on time but super cheap quality.. Like you get them on footpath.
The two sarees were unwearable even for a house hold help. I say this because I was in India, Bangalore, Benares in December and I know what material I get for$50’s range,What a poor quality saree , the saree even not worth for $10 so cheap looking. I always order online from Amazon and Utsav and never ever had this experience before.

On top of it, the website said easy returns.. but not for overseas folks it seems.. I am so very disappointed.. The return is very costly from USA and is costing me 3times more than what I paid for the merchandize.
I am told by DHL that it will cost me $200 to return the two sarees.
And also, they give me only few days to start the return process.. I cant even send it to India via someone to send the packet locally. The employees are not at all helpful .Rude and cheap attitude employees. service is ridiculous.
I really learnt a HUGE BAD LESSON!! I will never ever risk buying from yourdesignerwear.com . I will go back to Amazon and Utsav saree

Quality of products is always good and price are very reasonable also. I love shopping on this online store because the support is just outstanding. I know I'm fussy sometimes but you guys always answer all my questions and I'm always satisfied for everything I purchased.

Here is my horrible experience . I bought couple of clothes. The saree I received not as described in the picture and also stain and all over the saree. It look like a used saree. There is no option to upload the picture here . Second item is leghenga I ordered in a pink color but I received neyon orange . Third item is salwar . The stitching is completely not acceptable and the quality of the material is very cheap .
They were nice ( Darah& daxesh) initially but when I ask for a exchange they showed their real face especially the lady Darah. They didn’t accept their fault never replied about the quality. After several emails they completely ignored me.
I would highly suggest you DO Not buy from yourdesignerwear.com.
I looked at other reviews for yourdesignerwear there are lot of customers that lost the money have shared their experience. I wish I have read them before my purchases. I also noticed yourdesignerwear responding back but simply replying no record found. I believe this is also their company strategy and they may do the same thing to my review also.
Incase if you read my comments please do not cheat any other customers.

NEVER USE THIS SITE.
I have ordered five sarees still not shipped!

No efficiency in distribution or shipment! Two of my items were in stitching for over couple of weeks and has held up my order this long! I needed to ask them several times to send partial the items! They took four weeks and still hadn't shipped ! They sent the partial order but kept the some items !!! I have sent many emails and made several calls to the Indian customer service number Nobody answered , Also, the US Customer service number does NOT work. They have no one answering the calls also. I asked for shipment tracking for over a week through email and their response is that we are on holiday and we will return and respond. After that No response.
Worst customer service. Awful service.The employees are very rude. They don’t repesct the customers. Buyers Do not order from this company .

Do not order at Yourdesignerwear at all! It's a scam!!! I orderen my engagement party dress at their website and when they sew it it DIDN't look like the dress in the picture at alll!!!!!!!! And when i asked to get my money back they wouldn't and would just save the money so that I could buy something else from them. MY MONEY IS WORTH MORE THAN THEIR CHEAP PRODUCTS. STAY AWAY

Your Design Wear never diappoints! Each item I ordered was beautifully styled and the fit was true. My only suggestion for improvement would be to offer more layered anarkali suits. The few on sale through the summer and fall disappeared by the winter. Offer more and I will purchase more.

I must have read the reviews before purchasing I bought it only for the cheap price but it’s not even worth for that price. I bought couple of lehengas but everything has poor quality. It’s no where close to website picture. I got cheated by this company. When I asked about it they keep on saying the product they sent matches with the website picture which is totally lie .They are one of worst fraud people . After multiple emails they never responded my phone calls & emails.I didn’t get my money back . Buyer beware
