If I could give zero stars I would, I started working for David November 18, promised the world with bonuses and a van, turned out to be missed payment after missed payment until I left. After which I found he had taken lots of money from customers for materials that he never ordered, always had a front about him like he was living two lives, maybe he was. He never seemed to care that his build didn't quite work for future implementation, like floor levels that should follow through ect, always spoke about an ex business partner that was a habitual liar and con man, it either rubbed off or he was talking about himself. I hope everyone catches up to him and he has to pay back, I should of seen the warnings when the director changed from Jane Gaddesby to David j Smith,

David j smith gave us a quote for a small extension of our kitchen, he does great paper showing plans in detail, work schedules with dates and times,health and safety plans and payment plan. He doesn't stick to anything. Was going to be 5 weeks for the build and to finish 3 weeks before Christmas. He knocked down a shed that was attached to my kitchen and my retaining wall which should have been left until the shell had been finished, I'm missing about 4 feet of my kitchen now and have had to put appliances in my dinning room, he has left the whole site in a mess with debris and clay everywhere to with I had had to clear up myself, left my property vulnerable to burglary and upset my neighbour's, he was paid 2 payments to pay for doors and windows but these were never ordered as I have checked with companies involved, don't fall for the charms of this man.

Signed a contract with us for a 6month extension project. He did nothing but mess us around and 18 months later still not far from completion.
Presents a payment plan, gains trust and then makes excuses.
He has used quote websites to secure clients at least 1 hour away from home and at present we are communicating with 6 other victims.
