I called Your Engine and Transmission…
I called Your Engine and Transmission located in Houston Texas. The person on the phone never obtained my vehicle vin number, block numbers or codes during this 1st phone call. I only gave the year make and model of my vehicle which this model has several different possible engine types. They said the cost would be approx 1,740.00 I was told they would not charge my card until the engine was ready to ship. I told her to call me before they charge my card so I could call my bank and raise the daily spending limit on that day because the cost of the engine was more than my daily limit. They never contacted me, they immediately charged my card for 900.00 even and never called to get my vehicle vin numbers or engine codes. I was never notified by this company that they shipped and engine and then charged my card again. They broke up the charges to get around the daily limit without my authorization and then shipped the wrong engine without any notification. An engine arrived unannounced and it is the wrong engine for my vehicle. I called nicely without any problem because mistakes happen and all I want is the correct engine. I called nicely and was told that they sent the correct engine and was yelled at, cussed at called a lier and a cheat and the lady cussed my mechanic and called him a liar, for what reason I don't know. I just wanted to arrange for pickup of this incorrect engine and either have the correct engine shipped to me or a refund. The lady went back and forth all day trying to convince me that the original engine in my car was a V6 model which wouldn't make any difference because if they asked me for my vin number they would have known exactly what engine type to send me. My mechanic called BMW and confirmed that I do have the original factory installed V8 4.4i in my vehicle and they verified that the engine this fraudulent company sent was for a totally different model vehicle and year range. The lady I have to deal with is a total unprofessional raging narcissist that will absolutely not communicate effectively in a manner in which to resolve this situation. So I simply want a full refund within 7 days, she has tried to force this engine down my throat and I am sick of her bull@%#& and her lies. She gave me her cell phone number to send pics to and it turns out this phone number is actually the phone number for a barn that has been converted into a bar called Scotty's Saloon in Richmond. So now I'm confused, did I purchase a stolen engine out the back of a bar or why is she trying to force me keep an engine that is no good to me and why did they charge my debit card without my authorization?????????? I have called them today multiple times simply asking for confirmation if they are going to refund my money and if so what is the procedure ( what can I expect) and I was hung up on at least 15 times and threatened to be put in jail for simply asking questions. They will not provide any info and will not use email to communicate. They are shady at the least, deceptive in all aspects.
