Scam website
Tried to get a kredit from them but I got a letter sent to me where I had to pay 249 euro at the postal office. They do not reply on emails, you will get some ridiculous auto reply that all the info can be found in the contract they sent by email and that they cannot reply every email. Tried calling them 4 days straights, numerous times a day and every time the line got disconnected after 3 minutes standard.
Sent them a widerruf on august the 8th, which they received and signed for on august the 9th and now they keep sending me reminders.
When they sent you a reminder you cannot reply to it because the emailaddress they use is only for documents.Now I received another auto reminder today and if this does not get resolved within a few days I will take legal steps against them.
