SCAM. The doctor's office (Dr. Donald Alvarez) I ordered from has told me they would order my contacts and kept canceling my order- they said they didn't know why it kept happening. Promised to overnight contacts for free- canceled the order and the charge is gone from my card. Woman at front desk of this office said she would speak to doctor and call me back, no call. Contacts manager at this office said they would call me , no call. This is all over the course of a month. They send you round in circles and refuse to help, It's all a front, this is a SCAM do not go to Dr. Alvarez in Lens Crafters Watchung NJ and DO NOT attempt to order from this site.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS, I WOULD.
I ordered $500 worth of contacts in FEBRUARY 2021. Returned the lenses in mid March. We are now in LATE JUNE and I STILL have not received a refund. I have called. I have emailed. I have received no reply.
BE AWARE that if you are ordering from this company, you are ordering from THIEVES.
Their business practice is not transparent at all.
The prices are gouged.
Do yourself a favor and order from 1800contacts next time.
YourLens should be allowed to be in business.
