Gave 1 star because I couldn't give zero. Ordered contacts Monday morning because they are associated with my doctor. Paid for overnight, expecting to get them Tuesday, or even Wednesday at the latest. Got a response saying they'd verify within 24 hours and send the contacts out. Thought, "okay, so they'll verify on or by Tuesday and I'll have them Wednesday". Nothing on Tuesday. Got a reply on Wednesday that they were overnighting them that day. Did not get them Thursday. Now, it's Friday evening, and I still have not gotten them, nor am I able to get a response from them. Will have to file a fraud claim with my credit card company.

My lenses where delayed so I mailed their customer support. I was immidiatly offered to get a new order sent and only pay for the new one. The lenses did arrive by then though so I didn't have to take that offer, but I am suprised by how willing they where to help. Also very cheap! Ecpecially if you go through the link at "prisjakt.se" (pricerunner for sweden) which seem to give you a discount.
