Avoid at all costs
As others mention here, they sell datacenter IPs and list them as residential. They also claim its from sprint when its actually from wifiber. These IPs have low trust scores. They also have really bad support and their website is annoying.
Their support is abusive and wont refund you under any circumstance even if its on them. They will throw their policy in your face even though they aren't delivering what they promise. I actually paid twice because the support was so slow that I wanted to get mine going faster and assumed they would just refund the 2nd order since it was not needed, but instead they refused that also.
So even when I had all intentions to be a customer they jacked me on the 2nd order and instead tried to offer me 2 months on the plan I wanted. This was until I found out the entire plan was shady and not as advertised.
You cant tout policy if you aren't holding up your end of the bargain. That's grounds for a lawsuit. You can claim whatever you want on your policy, but my defense will be that you aren't providing what you claim and I have proof. You can defend that all you like, but at the end of the day, once your defense falls apart, so does your policy that you believe is so ironclad. Good luck with that.
