Who gets away with gift card that has a 14 month expiration?! Scam!

This card is a scam, it doesn't work for 99% of purchases. Customer service doesn't exist, it's embarrassing that Delta Airlines uses this company for a service provider. Delta should know better.

I received a email gift card that I never realized expired. After less than 6 months $100 was removed and the company could not help at all. Very poor service. You can clearly see they took the $100 and couldn't even issue a new one with a fee. Save your money and use another company...

Checked my never used Reward Cards today only to find the money has been depleted by a series of $2.50 monthly fees. What are the fees for? If I'm not utilizing the money that was placed on the card the RC corp' is collecting the interest. You cannot convince me that it costs $2.50 a month to administer. Another example of corporate greed!

When I went to activate my card (sent in March 2022), I learned to my dismay that after a year, my "reward" was docked $2.50 month in "fees" and I had no money on the card. The debit card says expires 12/26, which is over two years from now. In other words, Visa, you got your reward! Wouldn't you describe this transaction as deceptive? I would. The fine print is really "fine" and on the back.

Card worked 1st time at the gas pump. The 2nd time, card did not worked. Called in for help, person not good at helping me. I went on line but a message came back to try later. So frustrating. Giving up!!! Not worth the frustration.

DO NOT use this company! It’s a full on scam. I was never able to use or redeem my gift card after months. Forget calling in and trying to get help, you can barely understand anyone and they are of no help. I fought to get my card activated to use the balance for months and never got anywhere. Well, the card expires this month so I guess they just get to keep my money. This company is a fraud and a joke. Buyer beware, go elsewhere…unless you’re in the mood for frustration and to give your money away to them.

so is your website. You've shafted me, my friends, family and everyone I know that I shared my link with these people.

my purchase. Everytime in past 4-5 yrs I've been a member I always had to file a claim. Due to their fraud by not doing their
job and following up with merchant. Without my input.
Then they find a million reasons to deny your claim.

I called customer service # on back of card. They told me it must be used as credit, and put thru manually, which I tried still
no good. The problem is because its not tied to an address, or person. Why hardly anyone accepts it. I'm told.

We got a couple cards for Christmas from a relative a few thousand miles away. We were in he process of moving, having sold our house. When unpacking sometime later we found the cards. We had forgotten about them. When I checked the balance I noticed we were being charged $2.50 a MONTH! That is 5% per MONTH on a $50 card. I assume LOAN SHARKS are cheaper.

I received a virtual card on my email as a gift. Since the beginning it's status is 'on hold'. Called call center but it was really hard to understand they guy (i guess they have a call center in India). I tried to use the card in a lot of online shops/add to Apple Wallet and Google Pay but without success. Don't waste your time and avoid them

Absolutely do not use ever. They will give you a Visa card with no name or way to setup an address of any kind on the account. Obviously this means you cannot actually use it anywhere. This has to be the most blatant of scams I have ever seen. They take your money and then you literally can't use the card at all.

THEY DO NOT ACCEPT MY CARD ANYWHERE, AMAZON, STRIPE, WALMART, HOMEDEPOT, AND MANY MORE. EVERYONE REJECTS MY PURCHASES

Receive a VISA debit card unsolicited. It had $5 printed on the front. Label said to call 833 number to activate. Called. Recorded voice said nobody available to take call. Calll back later. Went to website to register. Entered the card number, exp date, CVV. Submit. Received msg. "System Error". Thinking about it, I never did business with anyone offering me a bottomless debit card. My recommendation: If you receive one in the mail, shred it. The $5 you think you lost will be a miniscule loss compared to what might happen to you if you manage to sign up for this scheme. Besides, you didn't earn it to begin with so let it go.

Card declined on first use. Website said it was on hold and to call customer service number on card. The number on card connected to India which asked my CVV and hung up. Totally trying to steal my balance. Called again on hold for an hour promised a mailed check, probably a 2nd scam.

Full of scam. Nobody accept this card provided by the website. they told in the website that we can add this card too google pay wallet. But nothing work. Saying that the bank is not permitting it. So it's a scam, I can say. My balance is stuck on the card. a total waste of money.

Got 3 cards in the past with them; was able to connect them to PayPal and use for purchases without issue; this has since been changed, can no longer connect to PayPal; was not made aware of this change before putting hundreds of dollars onto a card that, now, cannot be used; "customer service" is unable to resolve.

The front of the reward card says Funds do not expire. Well, I had my card for over a year and $2.50 a month was deducted so my $34.00 balance is worth $9.00.

This is a scam. Card is not accepted by any service. Official site is just dont work - login by card data not reacts to your input or gives an error. Card activation form not works in the same way.

Definitely not recommend.
