The best!
I ordered an umbrella with a photo of my toddler for our favourite educator at her daycare. It was a going away gift because the educator is going back to Ireland and we wanted to gift her something useful and funny and meaningful. She cried when she opened it, she loved it so much. Would absolutely recommend this company and their products. My heart pillows were great quality and reasonably priced and the ordering process was simple. When I had trouble with my parcel getting stuck I reached out and they immediately followed it up and I had my parcel within a few days. Would definitely recommend!

A wonderful gift delivered on time
When I first looked at YourSurprise services, I found it hard to believe that a customized wooden box with a bottle of champagne and two champagne glasses could be delivered to my mom's door the next day - and yet it was! Order said out for delivery the 29th-30th. Contacted them 3 days after this.
They said they will have to check with their courier which can take up to 3 working days. This should be considered unacceptable for a company to say. It should take hours not days. Will not be using again. Today is working day 3 and 1 week late of arrival
and still I haven't gotten confirmation as to where it is!

Very disappointing experience with this company delivering to Ireland. I was initially advised that my package would arrive before Christmas. When it didn’t, I was then told it would arrive before New Year’s and there is still no sign of it. Customer service has been unable to provide any clear information on where the package is. Overall, a very poor experience with this company. I’m hoping it arrives soon because as of now it’s a waste of money!!
