Wow is literally all I can say. This company is absolutely AMAZING. I purchased a wine glass, typo error I put 2005 instead of 2004 for the date of birth on there and I messaged them to advise. Of course I explained the error just to see if there was anything they could do as it was for a 21st birthday surprise. They explained they couldn’t send it out for free but they could offer me 20% off so I could repurchase. I literally could not afford to repurchase with the time of year it is and finances etc and I explained this and advised them no worries I do understand it was my error but I wouldn’t be able to buy again. They got back to me and understood the financial hardship this time of year can cause and as it was for a 21st gift they agreed to allow me to have a corrected replacement if I was happy to cover the shipping cost. What a company! The lady Francesca I spoke to was so lovely. Of course I wouldn’t expect them to offer this to every customer as it’s just not feasible but to offer it to me, I was so overwhelming grateful. Thank you yoursurprise you will be a company I will be continuously using for gifts going forward

Badly faded image
I ordered a mug with a photo on it. The description said the mug was dishwasher safe, but after about a dozen washes the photo is so badly faded that it's difficult to see. I asked for a refund but they refused and offered me 20% off my next purchase. As if I would ever want to buy from them again!

Unique family history birthday gift for Mum.
I ordered a tray with an inlay of the citation awarded to a family relative for a medal won in WW2 for my mother. She was absolutely thrilled with the gift and it has been shown round most of the family! The website to create the tray was simple to use and the communication from Your Surprise was excellent. There is something truly special about this website the products and it's delivery. Everything. I cant be anymore grateful for the excitement I feel when I get what I ordered.
