Item was as expected but I ordered from a North American site for delivery in North America. No where did it state clearly that the shipment would come from the Netherlands. I have had to pay p+p to the company, then UPS fees, then further UPS fees 2 weeks after delivery! I would not have ordered had I known it would be coming from outside the country ordered from! I have had to pay 3x the price of the item, just in shipping costs! Rip off and absolutely furious!

Would never use again. Failed on delivery of a significant birthday gift and really poor customer service on phone when I called up see if they could try to speed up replacement delivery. Go elsewhere. So disappointed. Awful

Awful customer service. Gift arrived in a standard box with no fragile packaging for two personalised glasses and a bottle of wine. Unsurprisingly the gift arrive smashed as it was not in bubble wrap nor did it have fragile tape on the delivery box.

Very disappointing especially as it was a Mothers Day gift. The packaging and the product was very small, basic with a brown cardboard inset and the chocolates themselves weren't actually that nice. No one wanted a second one, they tasted cheap

Bad quality, not worth the money
Unfortunately they personalise via printed stickers which amounts to a terrible quality result. Most comparable companies print onto the glass, so it’s washable. For the price this is unacceptable.
On the website the information that details is hidden in a dropdown section that you have to open specifically to find it.

I received an extra photo album which was meant for another customer
I received the photo album that I ordered and it looked exactly like I expected it to look. This review isn’t about the quality of the product , it is about the fact that I also received an extra photo album with pictures of other people. I understand that this was a mistake but the company should be more careful when shipping out orders that contain personal details like photos. For anyone who possibly came to this page to write a review because their album never arrived , there was a name in the first page and it was “Johanna”.

I definitely do not recommend this store. I had to contact customer service myself to find out why my order hadn't been shipped. Only then did I learn that the item was permanently out of stock – no one even bothered to inform me earlier. The communication is non-existent, and the customer service is simply unacceptable. Waste of time and money.

Brilliant gift
I was really happy with the little heart shaped chocolates with a photo of me and my BF. I got them for my BF for Valentine’s Day. They were really good - clear photos on each, beautifully presented and delivered in time. The chocolates were chunky and very tasty. My BF loved his surprise. Would highly recommend.

THEIR MISTAKE BUT NO REFUND - AVOID
I've ordered a birthday gift for friend, a toblerone bar for the lovely price of £11+£5delivery
I've put a happy birthday text and a picture of him at the back. That's what I've thought i've ordered accordingly to the design display
It arrived in time but very disappointingly, the picture is in the inside of the printing and I can't return it .
Why would anyone want to put the picture inside the wrapping so it can't be seen? They're saying it's how is shows on the website , when in addition of making no sense, IT WASNT MY OPTION IT'S THEIR MISTAKE
