Since there are so many bad experiences here I want to leave a good review to let people know that the site is definitely not a scam. It is, as other said, a buying service based in China. That is, they buy things from Taobao (the Chinese ebay), get it shipped to them, the re-ship it to you at a premium. I ordered a rare part I was unable to find anywhere else. The shipping costs are very unique to this site, as it ask you to estimate how much your item weigh and pay accordingly. I saw that was the source of a lot of these bad reviews, they chose the cheapest shipping option when they buy a bigger item. My part was small, so I chose the cheapest option ($3.99USD) and it worked for me. There's also a small convenience charge (7%?) on top of everything for paying by credit card. Overall it took about less than month for me to get the item, which is reasonable considering they have to have it shipped to them first then re-ship it to me. They give you a tracking number in the site's account section, it actually does work and even tracks through USPS once it got to the U.S. The part was exactly as described. So overall, I'm pretty happy with the site and was honestly pretty worried after reading reviews here. I highly recommend them. Be sure to pick the right shipping weight though to get the correct shipping charges!

These knuckleheads flooded FB with attractive video adds for a super cute kids toy ("baby shark"). I paid the $19.99 plus a ton of shipping, then heard nothing for nearly 60 days. Reached out and someone with the email jajajaja (info@ noticecenters.com) responded. Finally received the toy, and it was NOTHING like the advertisement. Totally fake. Never even gave it to my grandson, it was so bad.

This company is not reliable!!!
I ordered and tried several times to pay via MasterCard. Finaly I got the posibility to pay via Ideal. After a Day I got a mail that the weight was higher so I had to pay much more. And now they were
pushing tot use my creditcard. In the meantime the bank had blocked my card! This company is not reliable!!!!!!! I lost my money but didnot give Them a change tot get more!!!! No yoycart and no Jessica!!!!

I bought a hard to find electronics part. To my dismay they sent the wrong part after two months of waiting. No customer service. I'm out $25. Big mistake. Lesson learned.

After the order was confirmed and SMS deduction received from the bank, I received an Email from jessica (jessica at yoycart.com)
informing me that they have info from their credit card center that my credit card is high risk and looks like it is stolen and in order to prove that it is not then they need a copy of my credit card.

Who is in his right mind would believe such a claim? To me this website is fraud, they will steal your money and you will not get anything.

I talked to this customer rep about the product's inventory. Firstly they told me yes, then no, only 2 left instead of 5 they just told me. Then pricing, the website shows it's $46, then I was about to order they told me it became more than $1000. Think about the difference! And the freight is not calculated right at all until they got the product from the supplier to their warehouse. But honestly, this website and their function of acting as a platform of trade is just useless. They cannot even regulate the supplier to post correct price and freight. Not to mention negotiate for the customer. This online shopping site is just piece of junk. DO NOT BUY!

Heres what their customer service said on shipping charges...
"...The weight on our site is only an estimate weight, we know the real weight of the products only when they arrive at our warehouse in China.
If the estimate weight>real weight we will refund the credit to client's account, if the estimate weight < real weight we will ask the client for the second payment..."
I replied..."..Then post on your ad how much is your weight rate and ask your supplier the weight of your product before they ship to you. This is bad service. No wonder people complaint so much..."

Terrible company .. I have made the purchase I thought it was ok .. did everything as always we all have this days education how to purchase things on line .. submitted my order it was excepted & couple days later e mail boom .. I have to pay 180$ additional fee which they have never told in check out .. then I am trying to explain what they did wrong and what needs to be done so people aware about .. this additional ( hidden ) fees & instead I got e mail an other boom if I continue this they do not mind law suit .. what an excellent way to have business and satisfying customer ... Horrible service & communication .. just very agrrivated with them and I think this was my worst customer service experience amongst the few I would suggest not to shop with them or just be aware of additional hidden fees

I'm Giving A 3 Out Of 5 Because Of The Fast Shipping
I Purchased A 3 Speed Hub And The shipping was Undercharged But The Item Arrived Fast by DHL 4 Business Days From China and was worth the additional 14.88.

Ordered a part, order accepted and paid for, received a reply from Jessica that the price is wrong and if I want it I have to pay almost double the web site price

Price is still being offered on their site and has not been changed

Bait and switch site, stay away from them, wish I could also post my experience on other formats such as Facebook

Summary
- the majority of reviews mention a problem I had. They change the advertised price slightly. If your order is small and contains cheap items, that might not be a problem. I can understand to a certain extent thatthey work with suppliers who change the price. It is thus hard to update price tables regularly, but this is something that can become problematic. So, a negative point in terms of transparency
- tracking of progress and the shipment procedures are well covered. The products are first delivered to a warehouse, then prepared for and finally shipped. The time in transit is rather small, so you do get your items within half a month or even faster.
- the delivered items seem to correspond, but it is hard to certify their origin.

Overall I had a better than average experience and I wanted to take the time to at least add to the statistics. If you consider ordering from them, be aware that the price might not be the real one. Otherwise, if you have ordered and are worried they will not deliver it on time or at all, it seems that they do a good job.
So, a 4/5 to slightly put them towards the aveage side of things is a fair evaluation given my experience.

Terrible company. They took my money and didnt send the items to me. DO NOT TRUST THEM! I explained that the items were for an orphanage in mongolia and that i was making the purchase as a donation to the orphanage and they still chose to rip me off. Horrible company.

Products here can be a lot more expensive than buying directly from taobao.com or using another agent.

I ordered a part from them they stated my credit card was fake and before they would send the part the needed me to send them a photo of the front and back of my credit card

Ordered some 5 x 200Amp contactors with combined shipping of $26 usd Asked yoycart twice was the shipping price right and the answer was YES! Paid by credit card then received and email requesting more shipping money or cancel order. Choose to cancel because smelt a rat. Was advised that refund would happen 10 - 30 working days yet funds on purchase went immediately Lucky got refunded by DHPAY before funds went to yoycart..

Yoycart's website sold me a part for a monitor at $80 give or take a few pennies, plus $16 in shipping to the USA. AFTER I paid in full for the part, they sent me an email demanding a much higher price on the part ($150) plus another $96 in shipping because it "weighed more". When I asked them why they changed the price and shipping from what their website listed it as, the said "To keep from getting into a price war with other competitors". They never had any intention of selling the parts at a competitive price. They bait and switch. Total illegal pricing practices in the USA. Do yourself a favor and READ the reviews on this company. They are horrid and dishonest.

I had the same BAD experience as the most part of the people before me. I ordered some EMI filters and paid for them immediately. An unjustified fee of around 5% was withdrawn from my account from the very beginning. Soon after that I received an email message, being asked to pay a shipping cost 4-5 times higher (in comparison with that I already paid), just in case all my filter will exceed with only 0.2 Kg the weigh of the parcel for which I already paid the shipping cost. In my opinion, this is not a honest business, this is rather a quackery !!!

My sincere advice to any other future customers: DO NOT TRY TO DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS SELLER - CERTAINLY YOU WILL BE CHEATED !!!

Under any circumstances do not buy/pay for anything on this website. Email seller for REAL price first!!
Advertising new motherboard for Dell on the website for 113 US dollars
After I emailed seller asking for item weight and postage cost to UK-here is the answer I received. Nearly got heart attack!

Why would You pay 113 for new when You can have used non returnable non refundable not working I guess as well for only 530! That is a pure BARGAIN!

Yoycart is making money by setting pumped-up shipping fees, never advertised at first. They will tell you that's because of the total parcel weight being adjusted. By the way they don't have anything in stock, they just order samples or lots from suppliers, receive them, then they'll ship the goods to you.
Communication is terrible, they barely understand basic commercial chingrish. There are fees associated to the use of any debit card while buying. I personally canceled an order which was never refunded; I initially ordered a drum brake for an e-bike.
I will never buy anything from yoycart.com again.
