Yellow Lead Extractor lamentable support et bug fréquent.

Yellow Lead Extractor. Logiciel pour extraire les donnée de nombreux site internet. Depuis le début je rencontre des difficultés à faire fonctionner le logiciel. Enormément de bugs. J'ai demander un remboursement qui à été refusé.

Plus tard j'ai voulu extraire les donnée du site "pagesdor.be". Impossible de faire fonctionner. Le support est présent mais incapable de comprendre le problème et le résoudre. Votre argent sera mieux investi si vous payer à quelqu'un d'extraire les donnée pour vous. Chez eux les problèmes sont fréquents et quasi insolvable. De plus ils m ont insulté de "tu es tellement une m...". Ils justifient l insulte car c est moi qui ne sait pas utiliser le logiciel. Donc ils ne peuvent pas résoudre les bug, insulte et nie le problème. Super team
