I have placed an order with this company on February 21,2026 and it is almost a month later and I still haven't gotten my shoes. I have called and Dm them on Facebook and emailed them with no response. NEVER shop with this company.
Still waiting for my order
Much like every other review you are reading about this place, this one is bad too.
Ordered the shoes weeks ago, with the understanding that processing and shipping takes 10-12 days. After the 12th day with no updates, I emailed their customer support asking if they had any updates or could give me ANY information. All that I received was an automated email stating that they had received my request and would get back to me soon.
Days later, and still radio silence!
I have even DM'd them on Instagram inquiring about my order, with no luck.
Then I look up reviews of this company and see that the majority of people are struggling with the same issues. Still hoping to get my shoes, but probably best to avoid this brand.
Non-existent customer service
Ordered a pair of shoes on September 30th, thinking I'd have them by Halloween. They have not even shipped yet, as of October 18, 2025. The processing time says 10-12 business days, so of course they printed the label for my order at 12 business days to stay in the window. It was never picked up and it's just said "label generated" in my order status for a week. Contacted customer service twice and no response has been recieved.
Update: after posting this review, my order suddenly got picked up by the carrier. Will update once the shoes are recieved. But, so far, customer service is non-existent, which warrants 3 stars.

Shoes were recieved and are amazing. Customer service is still non-existent, so good luck getting in touch with anyone if you have an issue. If you have an event you need your shoes for, either order them 2 months ahead of time or find another brand.

DO NOT ORDER. This is a full scam. They do not respond to you. I ordered almost $400 worth of shoes, never delivered, reached out 5+ times no responses. They don’t answer the phone. I finally had to dispute with my credit card. Complete scam of a company. The fact that Shopify allows it on there is beyond me. Really disappointed.

Bought a pair of platform boots from YRU for my granddaughter. They never came!
I addressed the matter via an email and got the standard reply from a script that the boots were "a pre-order item and to allow 5-10 days before delivery" and that shipping maybe beyond their control if there are delays.
Not only the tracking app "lied" because it showed ordered: on transit then; delivered but when it was clear it wasn't, when examining the tracking progress a second time, it had reset to awaiting dispatch.
Will be taking legal action for goods paid for and not received.
Avoid buying from them if you value your hard earned cash. Like the other reviewer, I am still waiting for a refund.
The catalogue may be flashy but the service is worse than third rate!
Zero customer service
I purchased two pair of shoes, only one was pre-order. It literally said pre-order shoes will ship separately from shoes that are in stock. I ordered these shoes June 13th. A month later when I still had not received the shoes that were in stock I contacted them and asked them to cancel my order. They told me since I had a pre-ordered item on there I could not cancel my order and they could not give me a reason of why they had not shipped the pair of shoes that were in stock. So here we are August 13th, I have sent them seven emails and only gotten one response which was the response that they could not do anything until the item was ready to be shipped. Which I was told the pre-order would be shipped out by the end of July, which like I said we are halfway through August now. They have the worst customer service, if they even respond to you. I'm going into my third month of not receiving my shoes and not receiving any information on my order. I would definitely not buy from here! I have tried to cancel several times and they will not let me even though they have not shipped or even made a label for my order.
My teenage kid ordered by accident…
My teenage kid ordered by accident whilst trying to check the price including delivery. Despite sending mails out immediately to cancel they ignored all correspondence. Eventually we received the boots but they were the wrong ones. However despite their error they were not going to refund the (expensive) shipping costs or the return shipping costs! The boots themselves were really good quality, so if you order from them you might get lucky . . . but from our experience it's a massive risk because they have no customer service - which is a major problem if they screw up your order.
Customer service does not exist
Customer service does not exist. First I had trouble with my account and then with an order I had purchased. I sent over 6 emails and contacted both their instagrams and facebook to resolve this issue and I havent heard anything back in the last week. So if you have any issues with your item dont even bother with emailing they won’t reply.
Exchange gone wrong
Ordered pants. Got overalls. Asked for an exchange. Spent money to ship overalls back. No pants. It's been over two months. They still have my money. These guys SUCK.
Please don't waste your money
Don't waste your money if you are an international buyer. I pre ordered some shoes back in the summer to receive in Dec. It states on their site that there will be an update if the shipping dates change, I got no update and there was no update on their site. I emailed them 3 times over 2 weeks and they only replied on the 3rd. Customer service and their attitude stinks, they said the date had been pushed back thought it would be Feb but wasn't sure. This is shocking service I don't know how they aren't embarrassed. They should know exactly when their products are being shipped. I ended up getting a refund through my bank as I'm pretty sure I'd never get the boots after reading other reviews.
Amazing
If you look for bad reviews you’ll find them. If you’re looking for good reviews this is it. I’ve worn these boots at huge multiple day events across the country. Out of at least 20 pairs I’ve had in the years one has broken and was still repairable and wearable. each pair is so unique and I never failed to get compliments. I recommend with every fiber of my being

Its impossible to give 0 stars. I ordered boots and returned them however they will not answer emails or even accept the return. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They should be stopped from doing business all together. The company is a scam, AVOID!!!! Go with better brands and better customer service!

Obviously it can be survived, of course, but there are so many good manufacturers, why should we bother with them anymore...
Great Company and Great Shoes
The shoes are very comfortable and my only complaint is that the soles are different shades of purple, which isn't a big deal to me. I contacted customer service and they were great. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking for nice shoes.

Scam they didn't message me back and anyone who says they got something their probably fake or getting paid to lie but they don't responded after responding once they act like everything is pre-sale or like it is going to come but it never arrives waited and waited and I know it'd be awesome if this excited but their not real and their stealing designs and think about anyone can create fake photos of anything these days especially if their scamming tons of ppl.excuse my bad spelling but my review is legit just a terrible speller but not a idiot... wish at least
Gave me my real items and yes they have done some scary things but this is even worse. U get nothing no response worth anything and a bunch of lies. And a dream that wasn't fulfilled also if u look at trust pilot it isn't even a claimed site and nadada anything even to show anything g backing them in a legit way other then a few reviews that they or someone they paid to lie did I wish I could post the photos a girl responded to me saying they were a real site and she's obviously a paid model and I was curious went to her fb profile and tons of photos of her modeling their shoes.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
Absolute nightmare. This company is a complete and utter scam. I felt safe ordering from them because I have followed them for years and have seen them collab with big companies like Mattel and Sanrio. BIG mistake. HUGE.
On April 14 via their Instagram site I ordered a pair of the Mecha Denim pants, which I had to save up for. I was so excited. They never shipped. It's June now.
At first I thought it could be Instagram's fault. I reached out to YRU via email on May 1 to ask when I could expect the pants to ship. They said they would ship by the end of the week. They didn't. I waited a week and sent a request for fulfillment on Instagram. Nothing. I emailed them again. Nothing again. I ended up emailing them a total of 3 times, no response to any of them. One was in response to their previous email saying they would ship in May. I messaged them on Instagram, same thing.
I called them on June 3. Their voice-mail is an AI voice that says to stay on the line for assistance. I tried 3 times and every time it said no one was available to take my call (I made sure it was within their business hours) and to leave my name, number, and email. I did and requested a call back within the week. No call. So I called back today twice and the same thing happened.
Immediately afterwards, I saw an ad for their new collab with Sanrio. Hoping to avoid someone else having the same experience, I left a comment saying all of the above. YRU immediately deleted my comment and BLOCKED ME. No wonder you never see negative reviews of them on social media.
While investigating I also discovered several of their 'new styles' are just fast fashion ripoffs of brands like GCDS. My guess is that they're just a glorified dropshipper. Absolute garbage company run by garbage people. Don't waste your time or money on them.
Terrible
Their shipping times are complete trash. They charge so much for regular shipping. Ordered something on the 24th of November, I did a reversal claim through my bank and all off a sudden a shipping label was created. Alas! It still hasn’t moved in two days though. Crazy!
I am not disappointed
I am not disappointed. I got what i´ve ordered. Well packed and evey shoe pair in seperate brand box. Now- two weeks after purchase i got a letter from FedEx about 102 EURO Taxes for the 246 EURO(inkl. 74EURO Shipping ) Order. I do not blame Y.R.U for this.
Be smart and stay below the tax free amounts if you order from Europe/Germany.
Can’t respond to customer emails?
I attempted to order some boots on 17 September during a 50% off sale, they tried to run my card 12 times. The only email I did receive it said that my card had not been charged despite the fact it’s still remains charged. I have reached out no less than five times via email and Instagram and they have not responded. I have received no order confirmation or shipping notifications.
EDIT: I received an email saying my shipment is on the way (sept.28) , then an email that same day saying my order was cancelled then to my amazement the boots actually arrived oct.1st. Still no response from anyone at YRU. So order at your own risk!
I ordered shoes and they took a second payment
I ordered shoes and they took a second payment without my knowledge. When i ordered I was shown 1 amount and thats what I paid, a few minutes later they took a second payment for a little less than the original and are ignoring all attempts to contact them, they wont even let me cancel and refund the order they just stole money from me. Its been almost 2 weeks now and i dont even have my order they say they sent. A second transaction after purchase was completed is just a scam and I would not trust this company at all
