I've used ytaopal for a few orders now, and they never fail to impress. I wasn't very sure on how the process worked, but their support (Alisa) was extremely supportive via email and helped me out with every enquiry I had, and even gave me tips to ensure proper and successful delivery.

Will use them for every order I have from taobao etc, their fees are incredibly low compared to others.

One of the best agents I've used. Their prices are the lowest in the industry and the customer service has been incredible.

All of my parcels were immediately shipped out and arrive faster than any other agents I've used. Moreover, their prices are extremely competitive and they don't price gouge like other agents.

Any review stating this is scam is incredibly wrong, because I've had nothing but good experiences with Ytaopal. As a long term repeat customer, I highly recommend them.

Don't know why people are saying it's a scam. I've bought many things from China and shipped them to the US. There is the risk of long shipping time or getting your package seized by customs, but I've been lucky to not experience it yet.

Good service, sometimes slow, but overall a good experience.

Scam, all you have to know

First, they bought the wrong item. After that, it took them ages to get the right one. After all that extra time wasted, they now wanted me to pay more for that cheap china post shipping. A

So, I gave them an ultimatum. The item can arrive here within the next 2 weeks through a better shipping option, and I will see all of this as compensated. Or they can take their sweet time and I will just call my bank and reverse the charges. Obviously, I will contact PayPal and make them aware of this companies scheme, which should result to faster bans of new PayPal accounts.

I don't know what happened because the first time I bought an item here, it was a lovely experience. I do hope they understand the situation and will act the right way. It will be cheaper for everyone.

I ordered around 5 times from them since around the beginning of 2020. 3 times I had no issues with delivering at all. They speak good English, are very friendly, package items well and listen to your instructions and have probably the best prices. Usually reply within 1 day or less because of the time zone.
One time my item came slightly damaged but only due to poor transportation. My 4th time that I ordered my parcel got lost. I've spend almost 2 months waiting for it and the tracking number was not working. Transport company told me they never received my parcel. After around 2 months they fully refunded me transportation costs and my items costs so I only lost time.
So far I'm very satisfied with their service!

They never shipped anything.
Paid for EMS service, and two jackets.
They supplied the QC images but never gave me any real proof other than bogus EMS tracking number. Tracking number is still not registered in any postal system and the package is not found anywhere. I will claim for chargeback from a credit card company.
DO NOT ORDER. You will lose your time and money.

They sent my parcel to another person in another country, despite me explaining the parcel was needed urgently they would only cover costs for the other person to send the item to me via the cheapest method which isn’t even trackable to my country, only to the border. It hasn’t moved from the originating post office in over 10 days. They also shared my email with the other person who is asking me every few days if their package has arrived with me (it hasn’t and it’s been over a month). Honestly the worst customer service I’ve ever received.

They are gonna over charge you for the delivery asap it is recived at their location. Telling you that the "Calculator" on their site is an estimate only.

Don't waste your time - They charged me 78$for a 2.6KG package.

DHL said that they never shipped it.
They are scammer.

created an account just to post this, they really really kind and friendly, their process times are okay but the site is slow and sometimes offline, but with these prices cant complain

mate i made this account just so i could review my guys ytaopal. this is such a good sevice for shipping items off chinese websites to your country. someone in here gave them 1 star but i vouch for them in every aspect

the experience has been largely good for me. The website is pretty easy to navigate, they provide proof photos after items arrive at their warehouse, & communication has been pretty decent thus far (but I think they prefer to communicate through WhatsApp & not email?)

I've ordered 4x from them. Some items came to me broken but I believe that's due to the shipping method I chose & a combination of poor packaging. You get what you pay for I suppose. Regardless, this site is easier to you use for me vs other TaoBao proxy sites.
