Just to illustrate the unfairness of this merchant.

Yes, that’s absolutely fine — we can proceed with the 30% refund as previously proposed, and you can keep the items.

I never received the refund and after an abnormal number of reminders, Yukon are asking to sending back the products.

Is this a serious company ?

Our order was delivered to a locked office and we lost track of its journey to our package room. The Yukon folks were very helpful and we now have our wood carving happily on our mantle.

My purchases were beautiful handmade wooden gifts, with fast, excellent service. The items I purchased were great for Father’s Day’s dog and cat lovers. It won’t be my last purchase from Yukon Design studio.

I don't know about the product but I could tell you one thing. I ordered this 2 weeks ago and it still hasn't showed up their shipping is Horrible. I will not be ordering from then again

The product is very beautiful. Great work! Very positive vibe. Although the first delivery was lost, the company quickly and successfully sent the product within a few weeks.

Delivery took 6 weeks.
Once I received, sent back for refund per information on website. Address in website was labeled "vacant" by USPS tracking.
Do not buy anything from this company.
Customer support is terrible.
Now they won't respond to emails or messenger to resolve.

They were a great company to buy from.
So helpful and quick to respond when I hadn't received my delivery. Would highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with Yukon Design Studio and give them 5 stars for the product and 5 stars to their customer service.

While searching for a birthday gift for my wife, I came across a advertisement of the girl and floppy eared dog piece. Since we’re both dog lovers, I knew it would be a great gift. She absolutely loves it! Product quality is excellent and the finished product looks exactly as depicted in the ads. Very nice.

I ran into a couple of shipping snafus and contacted Yukon’s customer service a couple of times via e-mail after the purchase. Once because the package was lost in shipment and another to let them know the item had been slightly damaged during shipment. The representative, Martin, was very helpful both times - replacing the lost package and then immediately replacing the damaged piece with a new set (something I was unaware of until it arrived). I really appreciated the courteous and professional response by the Yukon representative. It made me a believer that they care about the customer’s experience.

Was a little apprehensive about buying from a Facebook advert but the communication from the seller was excellent. Took a couple of weeks to come from the USA but the statue is really very lovely and nicely made.

Super impressed with the design, quality and customer service. Thanks.

When I discovered Yukon Designs and their beautiful, heartfelt sculptures I was thrilled to have found "the perfect gift" for my daughter.
When I saw the sculpture "Woman Kissing Floppy Ear Dog" I immediately knew this would be a treasured reminder of her precious dog Steve. She had recently suffered the loss of her awesome orange dog Steve who had been her dearest friend and constant companion for almost 15 years.
I can't say enough praise for Yukon Designs and especially for Martin who so kindly and promptly responded to my emails and an addition to my order.
The sculpture is high quality workmanship and heart touching. My daughter loves it, I love it, and it is the perfect reminder of many happy pup-kissed years with Steve, our precious orange dog. Thank you, Martin and the Yukon Designs sculptors, for your wonderful creations and being such nice folks to do business with.

I bought two Yukon designs for Christmas as they looked somewhat unique and I wanted something that bit special. There was a delay in delivery due to the time of year but the people at Yukon chased the order and most importantly, kept me informed all the way.
The items arrived in time and the recipients were genuinely delighted with the gifts.

The company listens and is prepared to rectify an issue; made an effort to make me very happy for Christmas.

The company was promptly and courteously responsive when my parcel went missing in transit and generous in replacing the missing parcel.
Apart from which I love the product.

Firstly, fab designs! My family loved them as a Christmas gift. Secondly, when the delivery company ‘lost’ the parcel they were able to help resolve the problem and quickly sent out replacements, doing everything they could to ensure gifts arrived in time. Customer service also so helpful. Highly recommend!

I order a small wooden ornament and a paw print key ring from this company.
The quality of the wooden ornament was excellent and beyond my expectations.
The customer service I received when I thought they gad forgotten to include the little paw print was first class and immediate response to my question.
It was my error and indeed it had been included I just missed it.
I will be ordering again for gifts from this company.
I was very impressed with quality and inventory choices.

This was a birthday gift for my wife as she loves to walk our dog every day when possible. She loves her new Youkon Design "girl with dog" wood sculpture. I sprayed the wood with some Orange Oil so now the wood is hydrated and won't be inclined to crack. Y.D's Customer Service is Top Notch, I won't hesitate to order again.
