My Wife's Intuition

My wife discovered Yukon Design Studio browsing the Net and instantly realised that she had stumbled into her kind of place! We ordered immediately after browsing their impressive fine range. The delivery was a day to remember when the package was eagerly unpacked and summarised in one word - DELIGHTFUL.

Yukon is a wonderful outfit

Yukon is such a wonderful outfit. I’ve ordered several of their items as gifts and they’ve all been well received. One friend commented that it was one of the first things that went into the new house. The sizes of the carvings are small and perfect as a gift. If you have a problem with anything you get an immediate response which, in most cases, is not the norm. Great business!

Yukon responded

When my parcel wasn't delivered and the carrier were regarding it as lost, Yukon followed things up....the parcel was later delivered safely. Importantly Yukon responded to my email . I felt listened to.

This place is a joke

This place is a joke. I ordered 3 items on December 10, 2025 and as of January 7, 2026 I have not received them. Of course, they took my money right away. The communication from them is very poor, and when someone from there actually communicates, it's to offer up some lame excuse. Forget about tracking the shipment--each time I checked, the information differed from before, and now there is no tracking information at all. The Delaware Attorney General and the FTC need to know about these scammers.

Poor quality product, terrible customer service

I ordered two of the handmade door stoppers direct from the Yukon Design Studio website, the rat and lizard designs. To say the product is disappointing is an understatement. While I appreciate that there may be variability with handmade products, the minimum expectation is surely that the product resembles the design as pictured on the website in terms of size, shape, and general appearance. None of this was the case for the products I received. Furthermore, the door stoppers are extremely light, and would serve no functional purpose in keeping doors open. The quality of the crochet is also very poor, with the stuffing clearly visible.

Customer service is a disgrace, I contacted the company, including pictures of the products, twice in 12 days before receiving any response, and when they did reply they told me to follow the instructions on the Returns Page. This was pointless, as the Returns Page states "To return an item, please email customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number". I have sent three follow up emails in the three weeks since requesting this and have still received no response.

As our door stoppers are handmade, there can be some natural variation, but they should still match the overall size, shape, and functionality shown on our website. What you’re describing does not sound right, and we’d really like to understand what went wrong.

If possible, could you please upload a photo of the items you received? This will help us determine whether there was a faulty piece so we can fix the issue properly.

Regarding returns: there is no special authorization required. The RMA is simply your order number, and the return process is intended to be hassle-free. If this wasn’t clear or if you felt stuck, I sincerely apologize for that confusion.

We do want to resolve this fairly — either by replacement or refund — and I’m happy to assist as soon as we can review the items you received.

Quality woodwork

I ordered the boy and long haired dog carving when I saw it advertised on the Guardian website. It immediately reminded me of my son and his King Charles spaniel. It arrived with a lovely velvet storage bag, and is superb quality, it looks wonderful in my son’s bedroom window and he is delighted with it. I can highly recommend this company for excellent service and a quality product.

I ordered on December 14, still not here on Jan 1

I ordered on December 14, 2025 and as of January 1 it still hasn't arrived. Their tracking updates are useless, I have no idea where the product currently is or when it will arrive. Also, I could have bought it on Amazon for half the price and it would have arrived in three days. Don't buy from this company.

I’m very sorry for the delay and the frustration this has caused.

A number of USPS shipments sent in mid-December experienced tracking interruptions, where updates stopped even though parcels were still moving through the system. We have been in contact with USPS, but unfortunately their investigation process has been slow and not very transparent.

When a shipment appears to be lost or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, we do not leave customers waiting. We resolve these cases by sending a replacement.

This situation is deeply frustrating for us as a small business as well, and we are actively working to resolve all impacted orders. If you’re affected, please contact us directly with your order number and we will take care of it.

It took 12 days for my order to finally…

It took 12 days for my order to finally get shipped, then it was seized by USPS for counterfeit postage. I ordered plenty of time for Christmas, and now, on December 31, the order has been seized. Very Frustrating.

Did not ship or reply.

Ordered a product, did not arrive. Tracking number has not been active in 2 weeks. Repeated emails to company have been ignored. Do not recommend this company.

WARNING

WARNING ... SCAM !! Item was ordered without my consent. Tried to cancel ... " Already shipped". Registered office is in US but is a "virtual office" used by many other "companies". Item is produced on a computer controlled cutting machine not handcraft. Shipping number indicates that it comes from China. Item available much cheaper from other suppliers.
Reply to Yukon message ... real facts are :-
This was ordered somehow without my consent. Why would I order an item with a "woman and cat" when I do not know anyone with a cat
My Trustpilot location and the actual ship address are not relevent
To ship the item back to the US, if it was even accepted at source, would negate the refund
The same items are available from other shippers likely from the same manufacturer in China

First, we cannot place any order without a customer’s explicit consent.
Our system does not allow us to see or enter card details at any time.
Your order was placed using Google Pay, which makes it technically impossible for an order to be created without the account holder actively authorizing it.

Second, regarding location:
Your public profile shows GB, however the shipping and payment details on the order clearly show Australia. We ship strictly to the address provided at checkout.

About shipping origin:
We work with multiple fulfillment partners and regional warehouses (intermediate hubs). Our system automatically selects the closest fulfillment point to the customer to reduce delivery time. This is standard logistics practice and does not mean the product was ordered from another seller or platform.

To clarify another point:
👉 We do not sell on any other marketplaces or platforms.
Our products are available only through our official website. Any claims about the same item being sold elsewhere are unrelated to us.

Your order is still in transit.

That said, if you decide you do not wish to keep the item, you are absolutely welcome to:

1. Receive the order
2. Return it to us
3. Receive a full refund, in accordance with our return policy

I woud give you a zero if I could

I woud give you a zero if I could. This crap ships from China. It is not US made. These people lie. Says wooden figures are made in our shop in Washington. BS...crap still shows in transit from SH China.

3 days later. Still haven't received my order. Will be disputing it with my bank. Chinese product, I should have known.

Its now 1/8/2026 & this product has yet to be delivered...terrible business practices.

1/15/26 - Again, owner Martin, has failed to make right my order and is no longer responding.....figures.
