The duvet is lovely to sleep under and the Yumeko team quickly sent another duvet when the first got caught in the post system and returned. Would absolutely buy from them again

I ordered 2 shower towels this summer, mainly because I really enjoyed the color. The color indeed is beautiful yet the shedding is a nightmare. I was hopeing the issue will fade after a few washes yet 6 months later no changes. My entire bathroom is covered in orangey dust it`s ridiculous. The shipping took quite a while if I recall which I am not too mad about as new towels aren`t usually an urgent matter. The pilling however is so annoying that I degraded them to gym towels. Pitty and not something I experienced with organic cotton towels before.

The sheet I got was way too small for the bed and I am still in contact with Yumeko to resolve the issue. It has been months since I contacted their customer service.
Mistakes are ok, but they need to be resolved. I will never order anything from Yumeko again!

Love there duvets as have 4 the duck down and heat class 2 :when I have guest everyone wants to have them and always refer them to yumeko 💕
However I just don’t like the duvet cover I have 8 which I bought and they are probably the most annoying thing I ever have I just don’t like the flap that hangs out the bottom ( why not little clips or buttons) The duvet slips out the bottom if you move too much : Drying them is also very difficult if your drying them outside as the whole flaps are hanging too low and don’t even want to start on the ironing of them ;
So I’m in the process of putting them in the recycle bin and replacing them from another company that I’ve already bought a couple from and already my life feels better when it comes to changing my beds :
Highly recommend duvets but unless they change the flaps at the bottom of the duvet covers it’s a NO from me 🙏

Absolutely loving our new beautiful and warm bedspread! Large enough to fit a king-size bed and adding a touch of cosiness to our bedroom. We choose the colour sage green but all colours were gorgeous, and the muslin texture is both light and a comfy hug at the same time. We layer this spread with a linen flat sheet and a woolen blanket, ideal for these chilly months!

the softest, nicest most beautiful bedding products I have ever had. I have several items; down duvets, cotton satin covers and linen covers. I love them all. My children are most fond of the cotton satin because of it's softness, I am most fond of the linen because of the look and feel.

Great quality bedcovers but not a fan of their pillows, it misses the option to have a more future proof design regarding keeping firmness over time. (Multi chamber/different mix of feathers/down).

The products have a good quality and lovely colors

This has been the worst online shopping experience ever. I bought a pillow from them as my doctor advised me to get a specific pillow for a neck condition. Yumeko sent me the wrong one - apparently a problem with the warehouse. They sent it again, and the same wrong pillow was sent. Each time I had to return to a post office a very big box as that was the only solution they offered (they could have offered a pick up). Then they told me that they will sent one to their showroom and then see if that happened again. In fact, it did happen again. Ten days later and no pillow, I recieve an email closing the case and explaining 'I can't get the right pillow to you on short notice, so I've refunded your payment. Sorry for the inconvenience!'

I am not inclined to write bad reviews, but I truly believe that this is not the way to end such a case with a client. Truly annoying and unsatisfied service.

Yumeko literally claims “highest quality” yet it is mediocre but expensive: items aren’t correctly sized and loose their form, buttons easily break off.

Can’t comment on the quality since I still didn’t receive yet! Knowing that I have bought almost 2 weeks ago to make sure that my bed sheet can arrive before I move into new apartment. I have contacted the client service but they excused that the delivery was delayed due to the number of parcels before Christmas, but I my orders on other websites that I have order later have arrived… the client service can’t find a concret solution and I have to wait for the parcel to arrive and then return it back to get refund.
I don’t recommend this website unless you are patient enough…

We orders pillow protectors and a duvet cover. Shipping was fast and products arrived well. After the first wash, pillow protectors showed some bobbling, will have to see about the durability.

The sheets are excellent quality fabric. The pillowcase design means the outside flaps are a bit irritating, however.
