I'm not usually a supplement believer. I've wasted so much money stuff that "might help". But I gave Joint Solution Lite a try because my friend swore by it. Week one? Meh. Week two? Still not sure.
But somewhere in week three, I realized I was sitting cross-legged again without pain - and I haven't done that in years. Now I'm walking farther, my knees don't scream at me every morning, and I honestly feel like I'm aging backwards. If you're on the fence, just tru it. But give it at least 4 weeks. It sneaks up on you.
