Outlook was bad, but story ended well

I was a Zamplebox subscriber for many years, back in the day when their customer service was excellent. I only make the occasional order now, as Japan has strict e-liquid regulations (max of 120ml per month).

Placed a 120ml order almost 2 weeks ago now, but received no e-mail confirmation of either my order or my payment. Their website just says "processing order". I left messages repeatedly in their online chatbox and also reached out a few times via e-mail but absolutely zero communication.

But, the story ends well:
Despite the lack of communication my order arrived today - completely unexpectedly, so a big thumbs up to Zamplebox. They can still be relied upon to deliver the goods.

Fast shipping great customer service

Fast shipping great customer service, and the flavors are the best I have tryed. Love having the option of trying new flavors ever month at a great price. All around great experience with zampleBox

Price Went Up After First Month

I used a free shipping promo code and it was only applied for the first month. When I tried to renter it on their website under "PROMO CODE" it said I had to have items in checkout and would not take the code. They also sent me 1 little tiny Tootsie Roll and put it on the invoice under the flavors as Halloween Candy. When I addressed this issue with customer service they did not answer me on that topic they instead they said that the one piece of candy was the Halloween bonus. With $13 shipping added each month the service is more expensive than the others out there and most of the juices I received were very low end(Made in China type stuff). The website also says Preparing Your Order with no tracking # given.

I am so Sorry you feel this way but yes the Halloween candy is something in the box so it will need to be shown on the label, it is candy not an Ejuice, and we apologize for the confusion. Sadly, Promo codes are only meant for one time use and can't be used repeatedly . I hope you come back and order again soon as we have great deals and discounts every week!

Quick and easy to use, Found the best products for the best prices, and super-fast shipping arrived in less than a week. I ordered on Monday, Oct 17, 2022, and my package arrived today, Oct 21, 2022. 1 year experience.

The flavors are good, you can select what flavors you like and dont like but it is very likely that you will get repeat products after a short time.

Not thrilled with the customer service. They are a bit dodgy at times.

Website needs updating as others have said you cant tell what is actually out of stock. Also when you are a longer member you are supposed to be able to pick out more flavors as you order more after about a year I still only get 4 flavors picked because every order from this month all the way back to the original first order still say "Getting ready to ship your order" and never counts toward your tally of being able to pick more flavors out.

The facebook page and invite are kinda broken because I have tried to join but had no luck reaching out to the admin.

I have heard this was the place to get samples in the past but it seems like everything crashed on the whole from recent reviews.

The first time I ordered juice from here it took awhile to ship, but I have to say that has changed quite a bit lately. The last 4 orders I put in was shipped extremely fast. Every order was correct and packaged well! Great jobs guys! Keep up the excellent work!

Great if there's no other way…

Great if there's no other way to get ejuice locally. My only complaint is when you get two bottles of the same ejuice in a box, then two more of the same ejuice the next month, and the particular flavor sucks! I just wish the website had a way to let them know you hated that particular ejuice without altering your entire flavor profile "likes" and "dislikes." There's no feedback mechanism. It is as if they just pick out ejuice randomly or just toss in whatever company's ejuice a given company is paying them to promote for a given month. That said... if you have no other option, it does get around the pact act...

Rip off

Do not order from here about 8 years ago I used to order from them and it was great I tried this year and my money got taken out of my account and all I get are excuses. They said that they could not find my address so I confirmed it with them and still nothing. I asked for a refund they said no. They also blamed this to new management. Please whatever you do save your money and go elsewhere this is terrible, there’s plenty of other places to get juice. Do not sign up

I don't know where to begin

I don't know where to begin, but let me work my way backwards, I am cancelling my account after 3 years. The customer service has declined so much, that I have a $70 order I placed (with Zample Bucks) 2 months ago that I am just leaving behind. The final straw was in my conversation with someone in customer service named Milli who finally responded by saying that I already received it (I didn't) and then she went offline right in the middle of our chat. That's just rude.

A few other indicators that the service is just way below par and will eventually kill off this service even though it should be a cash cow.

1) If you look at the oldest reviews here they are mostly 5 stars and occassionally 1 or 2 stars. Compare it to the newest which is mostly 1 star and occassionally 5 star.

2) Many people are disatisfied because of extremely long shipping times. In my case, almost 2 months. They list products that are not in stock, but won't ship your order until the out of stock order is back in stock. That is guaranteed to leave people unhappy, especially with long delays.

3) I just went to see if their ZampleBox facebook page and it is private, requiring approval. The one rule you have to agree to is that you won't complain about customer service, if you do you will get kicked out. Even their group description makes sure to warn not to say anything about how bad their customer service is, about 50% of the description is just on that.

There is no other vape subscription service in my area, so in cancelling my account, which I used to love, I am not going any other service to replace it. I would love to, but none exists. I also have $90 of free products that I am leaving on the table. It is because it is that bad.

The sad thing is that they practically have a monopoly and their customer service level is killing them instead of this being a cash cow. The have one product, just just different flavors that are probably (or should be) selected automatically, yet they just can't provide decent customer service for whatever reason.
