If I could give 0 stars I would. I set up as a provider on their site, and was assured that I would be 'well taken care of'. My clients were unable to book with me, and I could see all of the issues that they were seeing, and I attempted to get this fixed with the Zant team. They told me on repeat that they could not re-create the issue on their end, so there was nothing they could do to fix it. After almost 6 weeks, I was told there was a fix and they would reach out to me that day to explain, and I never heard from them again. I have since emailed the person helping me, Maggie, as well as 2 different support emails, and another person who had reached out to me, Anthony. NONE of them are responding, and even when asking to cancel my account, I am getting no response. It has been 3 weeks, so they have had plenty of time to get back to me. I have removed as much information from their site as I can, but if I get charged, I will be seeking legal action against them.
