Don't buy feathered cushions!

I wanted to by some good cushion fillers for my couch, which would be comfy and fluffy. From the description, their feather pillows were promising. When I got them, there was a terrible smell, which disappeared after 4 days on the sun. I bought 10cm bigger size for my covers, hoping it would be more fluffy.
It wasn't. They are flat af, even if i whoop them as hard as I can. And them damn feather stems are stabing my head every time I lay on them.
I also can't get over their stupid inconvenient webside and 10€ shipping fee.
One of the most pretentious brands imo, I'll never shop there again.

Still waiting for my order, weeks later. No info.

I made an order for over 600€ on November 25. They said the estimated delivery date would be Dec 4. It's Dec 18 now, and I haven't received a single update since Dec 1.
I've contacted them on various occasions and all they were able to tell me is that they are "sorry for the inconvenience" yet they still weren't able to tell me why my order is delayed, or what the new estimated delivery date will be. Every time I order online or try to return something, there are issues. It's a shame. UPDATE: It is now Dec 30, and I still don't have the order and still no information. RIDICULOUS!

Two stars because their products are…

Two stars because their products are always photographed beautifully and are generally aesthetic, but any time I order something, I'm often shocked at how terrible the quality for the price. We just bought the WALL MIRROR WITH METAL FRAME for 229.- CHF and it's like those wavy mirrors that deform you and on top of that, it makes us look so wide. They literally sell shit for big bucks.

Terrible customer service offering

Was sent a faulty product - I have since tried to contact customer services over the last few days. Today I held for 45 minutes on their online chat help -I still can't get any resolution to get a replacement product. What is the point in offering online customer services? I won't be ordering online again as there is no after sales service.

zara home doesn't take back their broken mirror! I need to pay 100€ to get it taken to a recycling yard

headache to get broken mirror returned.

they don't manage to arrange return pickup for large orders - customer service is not able to book in special deliveries, says they need confirmation from back office who apparently doesn't react to the requests.

I ordered a large mirror, 170x80cm, weighing around 15-20kg. It arrived completely shattered - ok, can happen. I have tried to get the mirror returned for a month now.
-no answer at all to website chat initially
-no answer at all to my first email enquiries
-finally got a reply on phone from customer service. however, the DHL couriers that came by refused to take it (too heavy to carry for one person).
-customer service on phone is unable to book in a special return delivery - they just promise to send an email update when I call every few days.

As a result, my landlord is threatening a fine for keeping the big package in the hallway for a month. At the same time, I can't bring it to my apartment - I live on 3rd floor in a steep stairwell house by myself. If the return delivery people ever show up, I can't get this huge mirror downstairs on time.
I might need to pay for a transport service to take the broken mirror to a recycling yard, estimated cost - 100€.

All in all - so much stress and hassle!
Will never order big items from them again.

Incompetent or dishonest retailer?

Nice designs but terrible shopping experience. I found a great lamp online, favourited it and ordered it in the Black Friday sale right after it started. There was no mention of limited stock when I purchased it. Free delivery if over £60 but not on discounted goods. Fine, I had to pay for that. Looked later that evening and there were only a few left (I was glad I ordered it so promptly).

Over 3 days later (Sunday) and I got an email saying my order was cancelled as there was no stock. As It’s Sunday (Black Friday week though) neither the web chat, phone or WhatsApp are open and so no option to contact them to query why they are lying about there being no stock. Unclear if they are an incompetent online retailer or just dishonest but I am definitely done with Zara.

I am trying to return an item for over…

I am trying to return an item for over 30 days, and they are not capable to hire a company to retrieve the item.
The reply I get from customer service is like a broken record:"Your details have been forwarded to the relevevant department."
Do not buy from them. Or at least have a lawyer.

Overpriced and atrocious quality

Overpriced - and atrocious quality. We bought a £49.99 dish rack which has rusted beyond recognition. Took it into the store and were not given a refund since the 'return window' had expired. I would have thought such poor quality would have been honoured with a refund even if the 'return window' expired. I notice Zara Home don't permit reviews on their website; I wonder why!

Buttons from bedding come off

I am a fan of Zara home. Unfortunately the bedding quality is not great. I bought the sabana encimera estampado hoja. And after one use one of the buttons came off, and after only a month 5 buttons have already come off. :(
I bought it in store and do not have the receipt so I don’t think I would be able to get a new one

😶‍🌫️⬅️Zara Home customer service after telling you they’ll sort your issue

Wish I’d read the reviews before ordering 😅 Having the same issues as everyone else. Customer service talked a good game after they sent me a damaged chair and I asked for an exchange (“UPS will be in contact with you shortly and will be with you in 24-48 hours to pick up the damaged chair and I’ll put in an order for a new one now”). When I pressed for more info, they assured me that everything would be confirmed in a follow-up email. And there have been zero communications since. No emails. No confirmations. I have, for all intents and purposes, been ghosted after being promised the world by this company. Dating in London is bad enough without actual businesses acting the same 😂

If I could do minus stars I would .. Brought 2 chairs and then spent the last month trying to return them , no one helps its all done via email without a return email address that works , finally after 4 weeks they picked up the chairs and I'm still waiting for my refund 14 days after the pick up ...NEVER buy from Zara Home online they are useless in every way .

Terrible service

Terrible service. I ordered a tablecloth and towels. Not only did they come to me for almost six months, but a parcel arrived with a crumpled box, and I missed one towel inside. Tech support is silent, honestly waited for the allotted time and then decided to write a review. It's a pity, because I loved zara home.

Bad customer service from Zara Home

The story about the delivery of these chairs is horrible
GLS tried to deliver for 2 days (and we had to sit and wait the whole day without any information), and we have to make several phone calls to follow up the process.
On the 16th we was promished that the chairs should be delivered between 08-12:00, but they was finally delivered at 18:00

Based on this sad story, all the extra hazel and the transport damage we think its reasonable that we keep the chair (try to repair it) and you make a refund on 50% of the purchace to make a sad customer happy again.
Because we no confidence that GLS is able to pick up the boken chair and replace with a new one.

bad company - don't order here

I placed an order for 2 sets of bed linen. Generally Zara is already slower than the competition in delivering products (3 days instead of 1) but that is allright. However, I received no products at all. 5 days later I got an email that the shop had, partially refunded my order because they apparently thought I returned 1 out of 2 sets.....while I did not receive any products.

Why is Zara Home webshop very bad and not recommended:
1. slow delivery if it arrives at all,
2. inefficient dispatch processes, so if transport company returns the product, no one checks what has happened and customers are not informed,
3. inefficient return processes, in this case, no one checked the return properly (whether it was intended by customer or not) AND it was booked improperly. Only 1 out of 2 sets were processed and only 1 reimbursed,
4. awfull customer service overall and when mentioning this issue on telephone support they said....sorry we cant help it, it was a mistake by the transport partner. 'If you like you can order the product again and probably you will receive it this time'. So without having had my money back they suggested I should order and pay for it again. Not a joke....

Zara brand falling apart - just unimaginable how such a big company can be so badly managed and organised.

Beyond Rubbish

If i could give no stars i would have.
Two smashed vases one a replacement. Rude staff , list goes on ....waiting for a third but don't hold out much hope. I'm sticking with the online furniture brands i usually buy with. Who treat their customers with respect , package their items correctly and help out in anyway they can to resolve the issues ...everything that Zara hasn't.

Email sent to CEO no response. Next step BBC Watchdog me thinks
