Zassenhaus Brandshop Reviews 

We were bought a wedding gift from here, a Zassenhaus chopping board. We had chosen items that would last us for life. We stored it carefully until our kitchen was done, and within three months of use, after only being used for bread it split in 2 places. The company refused to acknowledge any responsibility for this. I am now still using my 14 year old wooden chopping board in preference to the new one which has had far more mistreatment. What a waste of time and money!

Peppermill gives no pepper or very little pepper. Problematic product. Malfunctioning. I sent it back three times - but repair did not help. Second time they said it was unrepairable. I had a new one but it was just as bad as the first one. Now I have sent it back along with the saltmill and I have requested my money back for both pepper and saltmill as a pair.
