Wouldn’t even give them 1 star. Horrible horrible horrible. Ordered a custom designed t-shirt as a gift selected from one of their options and used the provided choices to alter the design slightly. One week later I log in to track the item and discover they had cancelled the order with no communication and no reason. After an email to enquire they responded saying they don’t have the copyright licence for it. They also say they carefully review each item which is clearly bs. The design should never have been available in the first place. What a complete waste of time and to not communicate… don’t bother is my recommendation.

The courier firm in NZ lost the first package. Zazzle stepped up and immediately replaced the item and offered expedited delivery at no cost. I was truly blown away by this and would highly recommend them. They have an exceptional customer service team.

Zazzle provided the most expensive roll of printed wrapping I have ever bought and it is the ugliest worst quality paper ever. The image looks blurry, the pattern is not continuous, it's basically copied and joined up badly! Colours are muddy and design coukd have been done by a toddler with a printer. OMG never seen anything as ugly as this. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They should be run out of business for producing anything like this.

Incredibly happy with my product and the after sales service were amazing to deal with! My product got lost in the mail (at no fault of the companies) and they offered a replacement be sent asap! I honestly can’t recommend this company more highly.

Amazing customer service
I accidentally ordered part of my order from the .com website rather than the .com.au.
Still the customer service was able to help me out every step of the way and I received my order like I had placed. They are professional, timely and have excellent communication. I have bought from zazzle before and I will continue to choose zazzle for my custom printing orders. Highly recommend.

I ordered a number of birthday and Christmas cards from Zazzle. Half were perfect but unfortunately half were flat cards, like a postcard, not folded cards that I wanted. Zazzle and their customer service person were exceptional in handling the mix up and refunded me the money so I can repurchase the items in the correct folded style. They go out of their way to make sure you are happy with your purchase.
The cards are great quality and much nicer than generic store bought greeting cards.
The recipients of the birthday cards I have given also loved them and the personalised messages on them.

Brilliant customer service. We made a double bed quilt out of 24 photos for my mothers 80th .They expedited my delivery and I got it in time for my mother’s 80th birthday

GOOD OLD CUSTOMER SERVICE! These guys are great. My order didn’t arrive within the specified time. I let them know. They immediately proceeded with a replacement. In the end it arrived the next day. I cancelled the replacement. Comms, we’re prompt, pleasant and efficient. I’d recommend them anytime. As others have said -

Placed an order, money was taken from my account. But site says no order had been placed. No way of contacting. Feel like I've been scammed. Get reply comments and link provided to contact yet still led around in circles with no way of contacting.

The products I ordered were great.
However I had a problem with one being broken when delivered.
When I contacted customer support they were very prompt in responding and with very little hassle they replaced the item.
The customer service agent really understood my need for urgency as it was a time critical gift and they went above and beyond.
Very happy.

Great customer service as I had made a mistake and needed to reorder the same design on a different product and they were able to help me and even sent me a credit! Good old fashioned customer service, I will always use Zazzle.

I had a few hiccups with my order, but the agents at Zazzle were very patient and proactive in helping to sort it out. It all ende with a great result. I'd happily recommend Zazzle and they will be my go to people when I needed sticker or someting personalised.

I ordered two items from Zazzle and even though I got a message from them that they had been delivered (and signed for?), I did not receive them.
I reported this to Zazzle and their staff were absolutely fantastic. After making some checks that the parcels had been delivered to a neighbour etc, I was told by Zazzle staff that they would organise to resend me the items again using a different postal courier and also speeding up the delivery time..
This service was absolutely awesome..

Zazzle Inc was happy to sort out errors I made while ordering, it was no trouble to put this right, staff were speedy, respectful & professional, happy to recommend this company to others.

Customer service is excellent if you have any issues with delivery. Prompt on acting with issues and replacing anything without question.
