The Quality and Experience Exceed even the High Price
Although this company shipped from France, and I've been a little skeptical about ordering from that country given past experiences, this company was a class act from start to finish. The product, the communication, the exceeding of expectations were all excellent. The person to whom I sent the chocolates is still talking about them these many months later!

First of all, I would like to mention that this was my first order from ZChocolat, and I could not be more impressed.
After an extensive search for a chocolate gift that would stand out in both presentation and taste, I chose ZChocolat for an important event where I wanted to make a memorable impression on high-level executives. From the beginning, I was impressed by how beautifully their website presents every detail of the customization process, making it easy to order with complete confidence.
My only concern was that I did not yet know the exact delivery date for my event, but I wanted to take advantage of a December promotion offering triple the chocolates for the price of one. I reached out through their website chat, and their customer service team responded immediately. They kindly advised me to place the order using the latest possible delivery date so I would not miss the promotion, and they assured me that the offer would be honored.
Later, once I received confirmation of the event date, I contacted them again to request an earlier delivery. Once again, their customer service was exceptional—professional, prompt, and accommodating. They updated my shipping date without any issue and kept me informed throughout the process.
When the order arrived, everything was exactly as promised: on time, beautifully packaged, and handled with remarkable attention to detail. The customized presentation was stunning and perfectly matched what I had seen on their website. They also fully honored the promotion, and every part of the order arrived exactly as requested.
Most importantly, the chocolates themselves were outstanding. The flavor, variety, and overall tasting experience were truly exceptional—rich, refined, and absolutely worth it.

After the order was placed, I regretted asking for delivery for that particular day - I wanted it sent earlier. Happily that's what was done! Outrageously delicious, and the packaging is very smart and low-key with minimal waste, elegant even, but understated so as not to take away from the delicate thoughtful nature of each creation allowing the customer to delight in each bite.
