DO NOT ORDER!!!! They take your money and never send the item ordered. This is a FAKE website

I ordered a coat from zeagoo. I got in touch with customer service, as it seemed to be taking a long time to be shipped. The customer service advisor got back to me in good time and was extremely helpful. I was advised that the coat was out of stock and was asked if I wanted to wait for it to be restocked. I was also advised how long that would take. I agreed to wait and was advised that they would ship it out as soon as possible. I was then told that the customer service advisor was here anytime I have a query. I received the coat yesterday, and I'm delighted with it! It is just as it looked in the pics and the material is lovely and soft. Would definitely recommend zeagoo, great service all round.

I ordered a Halloween costume and I never received it. I was told numerous times my refund would be sent. I received a refund of .03 cents on a $40 purchase. Do not buy from this company!

I placed two orders, a swimsuit, and a dress, the swimsuit fits perfectly, One of the dresses is nice enough to wear under a linen jacket for a wedding and the others are great for holidays. The fit was fine. I’ll definitely order again.

I see two comments like the one I’m about to write… My Valentine’s sweaters never arrived so yes they just take money and give nothing… Those other comments are bogus knowing that 3 of the comments are accurate

Where is my order?? I ordered over 3 weeks ago. I can't get anyone to respond to the customer support email, no one answers the phone number. I can't get a tracking number. They absolutely took my money out my account yet won't give me any information about when am I actually going to receive my order. I'm totally annoyed by this website.

It's a pretty legit website. I purchased two lounge suits from them, and the quality is as shown in the photo. Shipping is also fast. If I don't find anything fancy on other websites, I will try Zeagoo.

I still have not seen my Halloween costume. Very disappointed and dissatisfied!!!!

Zeagoo is my go-to website whenever i want to buy inexpensive clothing.
The shipping was always fast as it was a week or more with standard shipping.The packaging is amazing and my clothes are always sealed tight.The clothes fit me,but you HAVE to look at their sizing chart when you decide to order.Because ALL CLOTHES ARE MADE different.I love this website!!!
