I had excellent service from Roy Goodenough on my file corruption issue. The job required a lot of stop-start work and many calls between us. Although he wasn't always able to respond immediately, i never felt 'let down' in any way and he gave me some useful tips in passing and he sometimes went out of his way to be cooperative.

Bart did an amazing job
Bart was very helpful. He's been so kind and patient the entire time that even when the issue seemed to be out of his scope he still tried to go for an extra mile.

We are very pleased with the services…
We are very pleased with the services we received from ZedOne - they went above and beyond to respond to us quickly and dealt with the IT issues that we had from the Microsoft cloud migration.
The truth is, Zed One exceeded our expectations and they are completely customer driven and very professional.. Excellent service, very responsive! I would highly recommend.

I’m working in a boarding school and I have the honour to work along of one of the most professional, charismatic, friendly, hard-worker and efficient person from Zed One, his name is Bart.
Not only helped us with the system in the school, he always made time to help me even with the most ridiculous problems in a very outstanding ways.
I just want to say that is sad that he has to go back to his employer but I do believe he is there helping many other people on what he is good at…. IT.
