I believe this company is now out of business. I have paid for renewals but never receive activation links. I've notified the company used for payments,'Secure 2checkout' twice since 2024 and they don't respond either.
Today I received another email:
"Thank you for using Zemana Bilisim Teknolojileri Sanayi Ticaret Anonim Sirketi products!
We're sending this message to remind you that Zemana AntiMalware Subscription subscription will expire on 2025-06-12. You will not be able to continue using your product unless you renew your subscription before its expiration date."
This company is a SCAM and I've made a formal complaint with the FTC.

Never recived a license key. Scammers

I have been a Zemana customer for many years I have both Antilogger & Antimalware, Both were 3 year licences, Antimalware was supposed to expire on March 6 2026, but is now showing expired, Antilogger was supposed to expire September 2026, but is now showing expired I have contacted the company on many occasions & they will send an email each time saying the will look into it or it has been escalated (whatever that means) it has been over 2 months now & still no resolution, they used to be very efficient but that has all changed, I have given up trying to get these programs re-activated, so I have blown my money, its A shame that this company has gone bad after so many years

Paid for a renewal of licence, nothing. Sent two emails to support centre, no reply, no nothing not even an automated receipt.Waste of money in this case it's let the "caveat emptor" you might get what you pay for then you might not. Had to give one star as thats the least I could give

Legit program. But the worst costumer service. And at this moment I payed for extenting my licence but have recieved nothing (Payed 1st of October)

I have been a loyal user for 12 years (since 2011), I renewed my licence, but I did not recive a licence code.

I reached out to the team 4-5 times, but still haven't been getting any usefull feedback.
Instead I get some giberish, with no explanation or solution.

Way to treat a user for over a decade of loyalty ;-)

Having been subscriber to Zemana for one year I advised my wife to install it on her PC.
After she had paid for a year she never received the licence key in spite of very numerous mails to the company.
Not one bit of answer and therefore money totally wasted, I should say STOLEN. She wrote, and I wrote and still no answer. They don't seem to care a fig. My advice: shy away from this company!

Zemana appeared to work well until I discovered it disabled Windows Defender in all of its options, reporting it as a trojan, which could not be cleaned/removed. The only way to scan with Windows Defender was to exit Zemana.
Zemana feedback does not respond, Help/Supprt Contact Us reported site unreachable. Contact link from Zemana home page also unresponsive.
I am willing to consider that an unknown issue is affecting my otherwise excellently functioning computer but when I notice that Zemana regularly alternates between 361 days and 0 days left on my subscription I suspect my computer is not at fault. I'm giving them 24 hours more to respond before approaching PayPal for a refund and flagging Zemana as a very convincing scam.

Very good virus detection, but for some reason i needed to do 6-7 virus searches for it to find all.
