Très mauvaise expérience du SAV qui ne procède pas à l'échange, suite à une erreur d'article lors de l'envoi. La commande a eu lieu le 1er novembre 2025 ! De belles réponses mais aucune action !
Qualità delle t-shirt medio-bassa con la stampa personalizzata non sempre curata. Ho acquistato tre t-shirt con stampa a scelta tra quelle proposte ed una delle tre non era della taglia ordinata ma più grande. Ho scritto al servizio clienti, se così vogliamo chiamarlo, e dopo una serie infinita di email in cui mi dicevano che stavano spedendo la t-shirt della taglia giusta non hanno mai spedito nulla...insomma mi hanno preso soltanto in giro... inaccettabile! Quando ho lasciato una recensione negativa sul loro sito mi hanno scritto una mail nella quale dicevano che avrebbero aperto un'indagine interna per capire cosa fosse accaduto... addirittura! Ovviamente non si sono fatti più vivi...in parole povere prendono in giro i clienti dopo che sono loro a sbagliare gli ordini!
