After avoiding the task for some time I eventually looked into the POA forms online with Zenco Legal. I was pleasantly surprised at how straight forward the process was and applied for 2 documents each for my husband and myself. Within days the documents were returned to us with very clearly marked instructions for who, where and when they had to be signed. On two occasions I spoke to a representative on the phone and each time they were very professional and helpful. I chose to use the extra checking service which guarantees acceptance by the OTPG . A very efficient, professional, helpful service all round.

Zenco, arranged the Lasting Power of Attorney documents, for myself and my wife. It could not have been easier. After completing the online form, the documents arrived promptly, fully labelled as to who and where to sign. I returned them in the envelope provided (tracked post), they checked them and submitted them to the Office of Public Guardian. The only thing I would have done differently, was the name the witness on the online form, so they did not have write their name and address multiple times. Excellent service.
