Zexxus has been a complete disappointment. They haven’t responded to any of my messages, and the product I received is broken and doesn’t even connect. I honestly feel scammed and strongly advise others not to buy from them. When I commented on their reel about receiving a damaged item, they blocked me instead of addressing the issue. It’s been two days now, and I still haven’t received any reply to my email. Absolutely pathetic service.

Update i have still not received any response from them on my damaged product absolutely disgusting

I ordered airpods or the so called “zexpods” gen 2 from them with a free “apple” battery pack with it so today the parcel arrived and turns out the quality is soo poor from the packing to the actual airpods its ridiculous! The sound quality absolutely sucks and it sounds like a cheap wired earphone you get from aliexpress. The packing also sucked and was no where near like the real thing. And turns out the wire i got with it is faulty and does not charge. I specifically ordered TYPE C which is clearly stated on their product page and paid extra for a SUPERIOR QUALITY ANC, but got a lighting type instead and the ANC is literally non existent ! The “APPLE” battery pack is some unbranded chinese battery pack that smells like a literal chemical but it works (atleast for now) applying for a replacement and will let yall know how that goes but please i beg DONT BUY ANY THING FROM THEM! I feel like iam literally robbed at this point! Save you money and time from Zexxus.co.in PLEASE!!!

Update - 16th of July
Firstly the replacement doesn't work like it's literally a expired Google form on their webpage which is very convenient (for them) so that's that and secondly also wrote a mail regarding a replacement and I haven't heard anything from them ever since atp I have given up on it the airpods sit soundly in my room collecting dust and I don't even want to try contacting them again and again. Another 2000 down the drain :)

this is totally fraud and fake website base on service warranty so basically I see an adv of zexxus on Instagram and after all I have purchased Airpods pro 2nd gen anc with mag safe and it's delivered to me by 6/6/25 since I have COD orders they delivered it and after hardly 10 days the charging case of buds is stop charging and wen I plugged into charge it's not charging at all so I reach to zexxus official website and go to refund section wheii click it's says zexxus replacement form is no longer accepting responses try contacting owner so I mail zexxus official website for the same and they don't respond at all so I msg then on Instagram and WhatsApp also still no response at all when I commented on there post on Instagram they block me literally I mean I am an customer and what they offerings service to me after giving faulty products don't buy any problems at all from this website and semilunar one
