Great experience with Zidy!

We’ve been using Zidy for a couple months and the chat box has been a great way to answer questions from potential clients. The SMS campaigns are easy to create and are a fantastic way to send flash promos to existing clients. We did have an issue with integration but customer service has been responsive and happy to help so I highly recommend.

Never miss a customer

Zidy does that job of capturing website visitors that don't always want to pick up the phone or use the booking link. They message through the chat box. We went from zero to up to 30 messages a day asking to book rental bikes. They can also do this outside of our open hours, as the messages are also sent directly to the Zidy smartphone app. This is very handy for a seasonal business that can't afford to miss opportunities.
