Broken Website and Courier Company failure.
The web site takes about ten minutes to log into due to a lack of memory on the servers. Easy fix but why has this not been done? Secondly the collection company, DPD, claimed that they couldn't find the address. This is a driver whom has collected from me previously and didn't bother to even get out of his van as the cctv proves. Now the collection has been cancelled and I can't rebook it. Pathetic service from both companies. What's worse is that I am disabled and now have to try to carry the boxes back up to my first floor flat after taking them down to my car to save the driver having to do this.

Easy to use
Easy to use app. Clear guidelines and easy to send off parcel. They don't accept all books, and the payments are understandably pretty minimal, but it's still a good way of keeping books from landfill

You won’t get much but better than nothing
I was going to donate a lot of my books to charity as I’m moving and didn’t have room for all of them but decided to see if I would get anything for them. Whilst World of Books took quite a lot they don’t pay very much despite many of my books being unread and in perfect condition.
They also said a couple of books were missing despite me having ticked them off my list and packed them as I boxed them up. Having pointed this out I did get some money for them. So you will get something but not very much but better than nothing.

Easy Process with a Few Minor Caveats
Fairly easy transaction on every level…only thing that seemed confusing was getting to the point where a shipping label needed to be printed. That was not very clear. Also, it should be made more clear that the shipping label, once generated, does not show the Seller’s return address. A bit of clarification on those two points might be helpful to a lot of Sellers. Otherwise, an excellent experience.
