Absolute scammers

Absolute scammers. Sent them some books they had offered on. They gave me 20% of what they originally stated. The books were as good as brand new. Their reason for reducing payment: water damaged or mould. There was no damage to the books. They are liars that use any excuse to get books cheap or free as they don't return unwanted books. They say they recycle them but who's to say they don't sell them!!!!

Easy peasy

Downloaded the app and followed instructions. Scanned books I no longer needed and then parceled them for posting. Downloaded the posting firms and sent off . Easy as that.

I hope you read these reviews

I hope you read these reviews. I have a question/situation/problem since May 29, and I have been trying to get it resolved.
For trade order US_1042187 , I need an additional label to send in a second box. The link will not work. I keep waiting, trying to reach customer service, nothing. SO ... what I just did ... I took one of the books from US_1042187 and started a new trade. That book is in two different trades right now. The second trade is number US_1048220, but now at least I can get a new FedEx label. You do not have to pay the second trade because that book is in the earlier trade and in a box with all the other books from the earlier trade. I will again try to contact customer service tomorrow. But I had to do something, so I did what I did.

Disappointing trade

This was my 2nd trade with World of Books, and to be honest, I was disappointed. 3 of our items were registered as "not received". Before sending, we checked the titles and the number of items sent against the list several times and they were definitely included in the package. Just so happens that 2 of the items were amongst the highest priced items in the package and both of them were brand new! I would strongly suggest that World of books needs to take a look at their checking procedures. This significantly reduced the money which they paid to us.

On the plus side the pick up procedure was very good - we used the DPD option.
Using the scanner on the app was very quick and easy.
