The worst customer support ever! When you return goods through this company, prepare yourself for strong nerves.You can only track the shipment you send until it arrives at their warehouse in Germany.When the shipment arrives at their warehouse, no one will talk to you and no one will help you. By the way, I am returning the goods to the UK through this company. 16 days have passed since the delivery to their warehouse in Germany. The zigzag Bulgarian guys at customer support won't give you a tracking number for the route from their German warehouse to the UK warehouse of the seller. They won't tell you when I'll ship it or if it's shipped. 20 days have passed since the return was sent via ZigZag, and after 4 days the package was delivered to them in Germany. Since then, ZigZag can't tell me where my package is? when will it be delivered to UK? What is the tracking number of the package? Worst customer support.
