I ordered two games at around 10:30pm on a Friday night not expecting the product keys to be e-mailed until after the weekend due to most businesses operating between 9 and 5 weekdays, but around 15 minutes later they arrived in my inbox as well as several confirmation e mails in between to keep me updated though the process. I was genuinely amazed at the speed, efficiency and the professionalism of the service. The product keys worked perfectly and within 15 minutes of submitting my order I was downloading them. Fantastic customer service and a website I would and will recommend to anyone who games, I will certainly be using ziip again in the future!

I bought Alice Nightmare Returns - cost me half the price on Steam or EA site - and had it downloaded and was playing it in minutes.....can't ask for more than that. Instructions on the email that came with the Activation key were easy to follow. I would use this company again next game I buy.

I recently purchased a steam key from ZiiP Gamestore. The price and service was very good. I did have to wait until morning to get my key as I placed the order at 3am, but that's acceptable. I would recommend the service.

I would recommend this site due to it's ease of use and cheap pricing. The download service is quick and fast to use and is even better considering you don't have to wait days for a boxed version to come through the post.

Hi,i had the noob problem when coming to installing Farcry 3,not a bloomy clue Doh!.
Tho by some mouse clicking goodness i got the game installed and up and running.Now i contacted the customer services at ZiiP a few times and each time a friendly and helpful person would email me back with a solution to my problem.
i cannot fault them great company that bends over backwards to help the customer,why buy and struggle elsewhere when you can by from Ziip.
Just to let you know i don`t work for them,and they didn`t have me at gunpoint to write this! :)

To say this is a small new company, that is selling games at a competitive rate, has a backing and good following through the gaming world, can't really fault it. Even if something goes wrong, they tell you before you have even noticed. Wonderful.

I have bought several Origin keys from ZiiP and I've found the service to be excellent. I get the key emailed to me on the day the game comes out (pretty much as soon as it is available), it is cheaper than Origin and often even cheaper than Amazon (and I don't have to wait for the DVD to come through the post). It feels good to be supporting an independent UK company too, and there is pretty much nothing different between the game I buy from Origin and the game I buy from here, all the extra stuff you get from ordering Limited Editions is included.

Was super cheap compared to steam. Bought the game and i recieved the code within 20 minutes

Chose this business as they make a point of showing they are a bricks and mortar business.

Price was very good for the KEY only which I needed, Confirmation instant and follow up email with the product KEY was swift and activated without issues.

Will be using them from now on.

I placed my order and paid, 30 minutes later I got the Steam Code for a game that I wanted. Paid Ziip £10 whereas if I bought it directly from Steam it would have been £25. Very happy.

I was a bit sceptical at first as I had not purchased any games besides from Steam and Origin but decided to give ZIIP Gamestore a go. The result was very pleasing as not only were the games that I bought extremely cheap, but the game codes arrived very swiftly (within the hour but mostly less than 30 minutes). Conclusion - Amazing service with great prices for great games. Thank you ZIIP!
