AIKE: A HORRIBLE Amazon retailer!
This is a ¢hinese company that makes soap dispensers for your bathroom. I bought a soap dispenser three years ago from amazon.com, which I believe is their primary way of doing retail business in the United States. I had a problem with one of the units and I reached out for support and I found that it is absolutely freaking horrible. I wanted to purchase a replacement from their website and they told me the product was discontinued. However, the product is clearly for sale at their website. I understand there might be a language issue, but after a while I realized that these people were just playing games with me. I really think they thought they were being very clever. I reached out to Amazon, but since the purchase was made a few years ago they had no recourse. The company kept trying to get me to buy a different product which was far inferior to the product that I owned. I ended up having to take the unit apart myself and figure out what was wrong with it. This is a really backwards-ass overseas company that just happened to make one good product which is the one I bought a few years ago. It is actually a good product with the exception of that it failed after only three years. It's funny how these companies seem to think that three years is a good lifespan for their products. Their current lineup, one of which they tried to get me to purchase, is absolute garbage. It doesn't have nearly the quality or aesthetics of the product I purchased a few years ago. Nevertheless I wanted to leave this review so that if people happen upon this company on Amazon that they would steer clear.
