Zocdoc made the booking process a breeze

Zocdoc made the booking process extremely easy and convenient. The platform is user-friendly, quick, and helped me find and schedule the right doctor appointment without any hassle. Great service and a very helpful tool for patients.

I’ve been using Zocdoc for a while…

I’ve been using Zocdoc for a while because it’s easy, but I had a conversation with my doctor today that completely changed my mind. I am honestly disgusted by how this company treats healthcare providers.
I found out that every time we book on Zocdoc they charge the doctor a massive fee ($90 or more) just for the referral, not only that but they still charge the doctor even if I cancel the appointment!!
I’m deleting this app. I’m not okay with my healthcare provider being shaken down just so I can have a "cool app".

Great Feet Care

The staff was kind and the service was good. The MD was knowledgeable and seen me in a timely manner with empathy and knowledge. The team was caring.

Friendly doctor and staff

The pediatrician and staff were very friendly and attentive. The doctor was very patient with my 12 year old. She was encouraging and empathetic which my child appreciated immensely.
